Great rates, flawed policies. In the 5+ years and numerous loans I've done with RBFCU, it always takes forever to get a loan completed. For example, I started an auto loan two days ago and finally got it completed this morning. I was told it womule take about 15 minutes for the check to be printed at my local branch. Well, 2 and a half hours later I'm sitting in an office in the branch waiting for someone to join a video conference to find out why the check isn't ready. so frustrating. The last car I sold to a guy and recommended RBFCU to him since it would simplify the transaction as my loan was with RBFCU. That trip took over fours and he had already been approved for the loan before going.

Went to this branch before our cruise vacation to deposit cash and withdrawal small bills for tips.The staff was very friendly and helpful to make sure no rips were in the bills since other countries can be strict. We discussed lots of credit card travel tips as well.On another occasion at the branch, they helped us upgrade our savings account to earn more dividends which was great too!We've been rbfcu members for years now and it's great. Also the app is nice and easy to use.

Seem incapable of timely responses via phone or email... Just uninformed people who can't seem to respond until a week after calling or emailing. Just miserable to work with....

This is one of the worst credit unions that I’ve worked with. You have to go into the branch if you ever want to get anything done because hardly anything can be done over the phone. Furthermore if you’re wanting a bank statement and you haven’t spent anything they will not issue you one. Mostly 90% of the people at Rbfcu are unhelpful and that is an institutional problem because of all the “red tape” around what the system can process.

First the 2 ladies that checked me in was wonderful but the banker that was helping me was horrific I decided not to open an account here due to the fact of representation. Such a disappointment I was looking forward to open an account here but not with that person.

Got $200 from atm but I needed hundred dollar bills. I go inside to teller for this. I am a credit union member but not theirs so he wouldn't do it. Crummy customer service.

I’m a business customer and needed a few cashiers checks. The entire staff was great. Then, because I dared to go into branch for assistance I received the automated email below. Which really tells customers please don’t come in. Shameful! Make no mistake, this is not about my time as the email states.“Thank you for visiting an RBFCU branch today! We know your time is valuable. For faster transactions, please consider trying our convenient self-service options, including Online Banking at rbfcu.org, the RBFCU Mobile app, or an RBFCU drive-up ATM.”

Very poor customer service. For many services they ask you to call 800# and then may God be with you while waiting on the phone. CS reps are not very well trained. For every little thing they put you on hold frequently and for long time. We had 5 family members accounts and ended up closing. Very laid back culture and no respect of people time. Once I expressed my concerns about long wait time and I was told he will hang up the phone, if I talk like this. like Very frustrating
