A little disgusted as I watched a man bring his large, leashed dog inside the store. Not great for hygiene in open food serving areas. Do better RaceTrac.

Racetrac is never open after midnight. They are always closed and yet they advertise they are open 24 hrs.. I can go to any QT and never have an issue going in even though they run the store with just one person. We need more QT in Frisco instead of a poorly ran business such as Racetrac

I come here all the time I live two minutes from the store. All the workers are extremely nice every single one of them. The reason I didn’t give a five star is I just went in there July 20 at 10:28 PM. Nobody was at the register that’s not even my problem. The problem is the guy from making the food came over with one glove on left the glove on watched him touch money Picked up the thing to scan bad people stuff and never once took that glove off. Matter of fact, I’m still sitting in the parking lot and I can see the blue glove on his hand still helping customers. I’m sorry I work with food and I would never walk up to my register with a glove on my hand. There's a huge community in autistic people who come into your store daily and they don't need to be bullied or harassed in any manner including criminal trespassing bans for not bothering anyone or anything including me. Y'all aren't taking this matter seriously. So management can talk to us in any manner they will. And have police called on them for no legitimate reason. You must show up and crack down on your management and a few attitive team members and don't be rude and disrespectful to me or anyone else with autism. Y'all have no earthly idea what y'all are dealing with in these people. Never approach them either.

Employee neglects to check ID for purchase of a lighter.
On 6/28/24 at around 5:15pm, my girlfriend and I stopped by this RaceTrac to buy a soft drink and also grabbed a lighter to purchase from the checkout lane.
Because of our young appearance, he ordered that we would BOTH have to present an ID. My girlfriend did not bring her wallet for a simple drink-run.
When I told him I was 21, he scoffed and quipped, "Ha, you guys are 21?"
When I went to hand my ID to him, he remarked, "I'm not gonna sell it to you." and neglected to check my ID.
I'd understand his reservation if I wanted to buy alcohol, but all this over a lighter? There was a line behind me, and he wasted their time as well by refusing to check my ID.
It's the retailer's decision to sell or not to sell to a customer. My complaint is not that I couldn't purchase a lighter; you can buy one anywhere. My complaint is with the poor customer service.
