I’m SO disappointed, I got a chex mix and it was a MONTH expired… I will be talking to the manager. I also got a freeze and it melted so fast. Also disappointed. Whoever runs this store NEEDS to be talked to ASAP… not happy. Bad review

Ok literally the biggest F you to this places because I just called and asked if they had E-85 flex fuel gas, and the women said yes they did. So I drove 20 minutes to this location and they DIDNT EVEN HAVE E-85 GAS!!! So annoying.

I have never seen a Store manager like him ever. He was super rude with me tonight Only because I asked him how to redeem points? It really does not matter if I can purchase something with my points or not but the way he (Mgr) behaved totally unacceptable. He does not have ability to explain a very simple thing other than saying loudly I don't know I'm not a IT guy. He could say I'm sorry for some reason it is not working at this time... Instead he said get out of my store otherwise I will call cops. In a second he made a very violent situation inside of the store for nothing. Totally unacceptable. I was a frequent customer of this place but I would stop going this place and suggest people not go this location. Can't Imagine how a manger could be so rude. I would suggest sent him for some training on Customer service.

Never go to this gas station again. The Indian woman in this gas station is very rude. She told me that I can’t buy more than $200 gift card because fraud. Even I told her I will use cash and she still insisted on her statement and said it’s Racetrac’s policy. I don’t know if of because I look like Chinese but after reading the above comments, another Chinese woman also encountered the same problem as the similar situation. I believe this might be a serious racial discrimination. It's very uncomfortable for a racist or a bad attitude person to work in this public gas station. Hope the owner will consider that is a serious issue. BTW, her name is Kal.
