Once again they have a sign posted on the door saying they are closed for staffing issues until 3am. This is why I really hate coming to ractrac. They always have an excuse to not gave the doors open. They should close after midnight and stop giving an impression that are open. QT here I come

This 2 star review is specifically because corporate changed the App rewards to not include coffee for the free drink program. I had the highest tier, which meant that I could get a free drink which included coffee or a fountain drink every 24 hours. I used this perk at least 2-3 days per week. I’m not a big soda drinker, but I love a cup of coffee every morning. THIS was the ONLY reason I consistently buy gas and shop at RaceTrac. Now that I have to pay for my coffee, I’ll be going to QT more frequently. Their stores are much nicer anyway. I have no more incentive to go out of my way to go to RaceTrac! 🤷🏾♂️
On a more positive note, the staff at the Frisco Main St location are very nice!

This store fails to remove toxic staff and management that threatens and 2nd shift manager Sam actually physically assaults customers and threatens other staff members.

When I decided to come here at 2 in the morning I discovered the gas station was closed this time: I was in my head like "OH COME ON" but then I turned around and looked behind me and saw Quick Trip open so I was like "YES! WHAT A RELIEF!"Unrelated to that the gas station food supply here indeed is High Quality but what I learned from coming here is: Always often do research on a place before going there. Just being honest.

My cat ran away near this RaceTrac and the store employees all collectively helped me find him, let me look through their surveillance to see if he showed up on it, went outside to open the hoods of their cars to try and help me and more. They literally went above and beyond to be good humans and help me when I was very upset and couldn’t find my cat and I am so grateful! I ended up finding my cat but wanted to say the workers here have the best hearts. The employees that helped were Kaleia, Nich, Drake & Wais.

Wish they would pay more attention to their online orders. With Uber eats, you can request specific replacements if the item is out of stock but they never give me the replacements I ask for. They don't even offer a replacement that makes sense. Why would you give me Oreos to replace cheese crackers? That's not even close

Andrea, Tina, and the Team are super awesome here at this Race Trac. They're always smiling and on top of it giving their best! No doubt Race Trac is good all around everywhere but I'm definitely recommending everyone to come to this location and get your positive vibes on! ?
