Made an appointment and got right in with little to no wait time. The ladies were professional, courteous and personable. Came in for bloodwork and was in and out in under 5mins. They know what they're doing and I'm grateful for not turning into a human pin cushion! I was almost deterred based on the other reviews but my experience was lovely. If I have any blood work to do in the future then I will definitely go here.

I see horrible reviews all the time for this place. Maybe I go on a good day, but I have never had an issue and I’m a tough stick. Erika was fabulous!!! No complaints here!!

Really bad customer service and patient care. Came back with 2 giant bruises on my arms due to multiple punctures for drawing blood. Also, cant view my results because billing has mispelled my name and no way of getting in touch with them. Stuck with no results after spending $200

Let me first say, I was extremely turned off by visiting this place after reading the poor reviews.However my experience was exceptional and amazing.Quick and easy check in with my QR code at the digital check-in pad station, and within 2 minutes of me signing in I was ready called right on time.The phlebotomist did not bruise my arms, did not cause me any pain, was so courteous.My time was not wasted here either, I couldn't say the same for a LabCorp I visited last week on the East Coast.If you've read this far, you likely want to be convinced to visit here and may wonder whether or not I'm a paid consultant of some type... I can assure you I am not.

This was my second time coming to this location and both times have been horrible. I’m immune compromised and require a mask to be worn when close to me. Both times the person was extremely disrespectful and refused to mask or take an unopened mask I was providing. This most recent visit I was using crutches and could barely walk and was in a lot of pain. No one opened or held the door for me. It took a patient to get up to assist me. Under their breath complained of the amount of blood tests they needed to type in and continued to be rude throughout. Once it came time to draw my blood she ended up popping a vein. By the time I got to my car I had blood dripping down my arm. Never again am I coming to this location or using Quest again.

One of the worst places you'll ever have to visit. Huge breakdown between doctors and Quest policies. They operate in a paper only world, not accepting anything digitally including insurance cards or orders for labs. People working have no compassion and our just going through the motions.

Rude and not professional. Got hurt while blood drawn and the lady was unapologetic.Asked for a second time blood pressure checkup ( as it was very low) and she refused.

There is no excuse for not having a receptionist at a busy location. When your situation needs an answer, you have to wait till a technician opens the door and you have to bother them to ask a question. And, when I returned to drop off a sample, I had to be put on a waiting list with a room full of people just to drop off. When we used CPL before it was such a simple process. Not returning!

Don’t try to change your appointment to an earlier time- the system won’t adjust it. I needed up waiting an hour until my original time before someone called my name.

I had to visit Quest again for a follow-up test. Made an appointment again and was in and out within 15 minutes of sitting down in the waiting room.Easy and fast, just don't be a walk in or you are gonna have a bad time.Original Review -I saw the reviews after I had already made an appointment and decided to risk it and it was fine.I made an appointment on the website 2 days ago for a blood draw, showed up right on time, checked in (I do wish it was a person and not the kiosk), was in the back 6 minutes later.There was a problem with my orders that the allergist had picked a really obscure test they didn't carry, but Shanatina was trying to look it up while I called the office and got a verbal confirmation to drop the test from the office. It was a small kerfuffle but not painful and we fixed it.She did great sticking me as I usually have problems and we got it done and on my way.

Pitiful customer service, patient care, and organization, definitely won’t be back. I looked at your reviews your rating is 2.5 and I see exactly why. There’s no person to call and complain to if you need to talk to someone in authority. Surely it seems only the money for your blood is what these folks are concerned with and how fast they can get people in and out for the next dollar.
