We've been at Primrose Prestmont for about 6 months now and loving it! In addition to the structured classroom time and education our kiddo receives, we really appreciate the staff. The leadership team (Krista, Yvonne, Dalia, Lindsey) and the teachers (Ms. Ale and others) care so much, and you can tell. They are patient, planful, they are constantly thinking of ways to help make drop off more smooth (if you know, you know), and they are so communicative. Awesome partners to us in the journey that is childhood education! Thank you for all you do!

We've had our kids at Primrose School of Prestmont for almost 8 years now, including the COVID years. You can tell when your kids are happy at school or stressed, and I'm so thankful to say that our kids have consistently been happy here. The staff is friendly, enthusiastic, loving and well-trained. The day is structured and the classes have good curriculum at every level of development. I have been so thankful that during our time here, we've never had to consider other options for childcare, even during the COVID years. It is well-managed, issues are handled promptly, and communication is proactive. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a safe, healthy, educational, fun, and comfortable place to send their child during the workday.

Our son goes to Primrose School of Prestmont. It's been an year and we love it here. The teachers and staff are humble, honest and friendly. All the teachers our son had so far were really good. They manage our food preferences for the child really well. His current teacher Ms. Mireya is proactive in providing us all the updates of our kid right from his activities , to the food he had and the potty count etc. We really like the personalized attention and communication she provides. She also helped our kid in potty training which was unexpectedly a smooth ride for us !! So thanks for that. I would recommend sending in your kids to this daycare.

Primrose of Prestmont is - simply put - a gem. Our first child attended this school back in 2015 and loved every minute of it. We now have another little one attending the school and we could not be any more grateful. The admin staff is always attentive, ready to listen and respectful.Our daughter has been in 3 classes so far, and every teacher has been supportive, helpful and kind. We love how she gets tons of play time as well as curriculum based learning. We love the classrooms, the play areas. Our little one always comes home with a smile on her face, and to me, that is priceless. We hope to be able to continue with our Primrose journey and look forward to 3 more years of joy !

Primrose Prestmont is an amazing school and we could not be happier with the teachers and staff. The communication, curriculum, and daily activities provide such a great atmosphere for our son to thrive. We have made so many lasting relationships at this school and continue to be impressed each week with the growth and new learning that our son continuously brings home. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for a place for their young kids---you will be grateful for finding this location!! Thank you Primrose for all you do!

We want to thank all the staff for experiences our child has had at Primrose Prestmont. We particularly appreciate them taking on the challenge to learn how to closely manage our child’s Type 1 Diabetes while in school without hesitation and staying in communication with us.We felt welcomed from the get go and we and our child felt very safe in their care! Our family will always be grateful to the incredible team at Primrose at Prestmont for their welcoming arms, dedication and passion in nurturing the young minds of our community.

We enrolled our daughter in February (after a horrible experience at another daycare) and have been absolutely happy with Primrose Prestmont! The staff is so engaged and we can see our daughter thriving. She comes home telling us all about her day and all the things she learned. I really appreciate the level of communication from the teachers and staff. We definitely feel at home at Primrose Prestmont!

I feel pressed to leave a review for other parents. I had a bad experience at this daycare unfortunately. My daughter fought us on drop off daily. Teachers were often caught off guard if i changed drop off or pickup time and I'd catch them not engaging with the children and playing on their phones. I spoke with a couple staff members who were unhappy with the management and said communication is poor throughout. I brought up the fact that my daughter was there for 4 months and not learning anything new, even the alphabet which had been a concern for us from day 1. The teacher approached us and said we should be engaging with our daughter at night after work to teach her these skills. I'm sorry, no. Thats what we pay you to do so DO IT. After a 8-12 hour work day, I want to feed my kids and cuddle with them before going to sleep. I was very disappointed with the condescending remarks the teachers would make, lack of engagement and very unwelcoming on drop offs. Our new daycare has shown us a world of difference emotionally and academically in such a short time and I just wish I had pulled her sooner. Spend your money where it counts and choose a better place.

We absolutely adore the Management team, and teachers!! Our daughter has truly thrived in the most loving, caring facility we could’ve dreamed of. The teachers make each kid feel so loved, and our daughter CONSTANTLY talks about her past and current teachers. The management team goes above and beyond to make parents and kids feel safe and happy. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Primrose School of Prestmont!!!! The director and assistant director will go above and beyond to work with your families needs. The facility is really well maintained and the hallways are always very spectacular with beautiful creative bulletin board designs. I felt like communication was 110% effective between the directors myself in the staff. The owners have a long time track record of maintaining an amazing educational institution for children in this market. I can honestly say that the Director, assistant Director and staff won our family over at first sight due to the attention and compassion they showed our family and daily commitment to excellence! I love this school beyond words!!!

I absolutely love the Primrose schools! My son (4y) has attended 2 different ones (we moved cities) and we have loved both! We love the team at Primrose on Prestmont in Frisco, he took a break over summer and would ask everyday when he could go back to his school! It feels wonderful to be able to comfortably leave your little one with the confidence they are in great care! 10/10 recommend!
