My son attended this center from2016-2017. We loved the staff and teachers back then. Now my daughter attends the same school and we see the same staff and teachers from the time it opened. That speaks a lot about how this school is. Very low turn over. Teachers and staff are kind and cater to the needs of the children. We love this school!

I love this school! After my baby had a bad experience at another Primrose, I started her at this one and they have been nothing but gracious and accommodating. My baby went from being upset to going to school, to saying she liked school. She doesn't cry when I drop her off now. She enjoys going. This school is amazing and I'm so glad I found it.

It is a well run child care and educational facility. We attended a Grandparents Day activity, and it was fun and memorable.

I LOVE this school! We started at Primrose Main and Teel when our son was 4 months old and this past spring he just graduated from their private Kindergarten and moved on to elementary school this fall. I can honestly say that from that first tear filled day leaving him for the first time to the last tear filled days of him graduating and then saying bye to his friends as they moved on different elementary schools, I felt that my son was in a safe place where people cared him.The teachers are always there to support you and help your child through whatever phase of development they may be in. There where times where he was teething and I’d come pick him up and find Rachel in the classroom rocking him and comforting him. Or days I forgot to write a him mail and Amanda would write one and stick it in the mailbox so he wouldn’t be left out. And Jessica helping me diagnose mystery allergies and being the one to calmly clean him up when he had a cut that needed a stitch or two. The list goes on and on. Our family made lifetime friends here that we now call family. Bottom line, the communication is outstanding, the curriculum is top notch and the people are the best.

My daughter attended Primrose from 3 months old to 15 months old until I started staying home with her and it was an amazing experience for all of us. She loved all the teachers/admin and got to do a lot of developmentally engaging activities. As a parent, I loved the great communication, friendly staff, and truly knew my kiddo was taken care of. We will miss them tremendously.

Stories of kids being locked up in the bathroom. there are no cameras in the classrooms. when it is a child's voice vs. an adult's story unfortunately it is difficult to prove. if you have a child who attends this school strongly encourage you to have conversations with them about being locked in the bathroom for being "bad". DFPS dropped by this school but found nothing. it is difficult to prove wrongdoing when dfps drops by for a short amount of time.

We love the associate director at this school and we thought we loved the teachers. but there have been stories of kids being locked up in the bathroom. there are no cameras in the classrooms. when it is a child's voice vs. an adult's story unfortunately it is difficult to prove. if you have a child or toddler who attends this school strongly encourage you to have conversations with them about being locked in the bathroom for being "bad". DFPS dropped by this school but found nothing. it is difficult to prove wrongdoing when dfps drops by for a short amount of time.

My daughter has attended Primrose at Main and Teel since June and loves it there. She attends the Pathsways program and her teachers are amazing. They put a lot of effort in creating an inclusive, loving, safe, fun and inspiring learning environment. My daughter has already learned so much in the few months she has been there. The leadership team is amazing too - always helpful and friendly. They plan a lot of fun events too. We highly recommend Primrose at Main and Teel:)

Talk about a school who's teachers and leadership is the best! From the moment you walk in the door they make you feel at home. My kids have gone to this school since infant ages and I could never imagine sending them anywhere else! So thankful for our Primrose Family!

Dropping off our son for his first day of daycare, back in January 2019, I remember consoling my husband outside the school. (He’s a crier, but don’t tell him I told you that.) He couldn’t shake the worried feeling, and said, “I just hope he knows we’re coming back.” I told him, and I reminded myself, that I believed our son was ready and that the experience of being without us would strengthen him, and seeing us walk back through the door later that day would secure him. I don’t know what made me sure of this other than the confidence Primrose of Frisco at Main/Teel gave me and my mama intuition. I felt that before anyone else, I first, needed to have the belief in my son and his capabilities – even at only 15 months old. I share this story with you for any parent out there leaving their child for the first time in the hands of a good teacher and school. Your child can do this! And, so can you!Our son has continued going to school even through the pandemic. (Again, personal mama intuition on this choice. Please don’t judge.) School closures and the lockdowns were launched in March and Primrose of Frisco at Main/Teel didn’t skip a (heart) beat. Temp checks, no parents passed the front door, more curriculum outdoors, etc. – they were ready and willing and brave. There’s been excellent communication at all times. At the beginning of the year, our son had begun the “terrible twos” and by March they were in FULL swing! Because of the continued support and attention from his teachers, his communication and growth have exceled! March, April, May, June, July, August – I can’t imagine and can’t thank this group of leaders and teachers enough for their dedication during this unprecedented time. And I can’t imagine the valuable time our son would have lost without the opportunity to attend school. Our daughter recently joined her brother almost two months ago. Drop off was very different this time around, and now, it was ME crying with unrest. I knew she was capable; she had my confidence. But... we didn’t get to hold her hand while we walked her to class. It was a feeling I wasn’t used to, simply passing her off at the front door. But once again, I put my faith and trust in the teachers and they have helped guide this ship in so many ways.In a world that feels so unpredictable, so “on the verge,” so uneasy, I am so thankful for the steadiness our teachers and family at Primrose of Frisco at Main/Teel have provided our family and so many others.Thank you a million times! You all are leaders!

The First ImpressionFor any parent it can be a difficult decision on which child care/early education place to pick. There are so many great ones in the Frisco area. We visited many places for our 3 kiddos and no other place made a better first impression than the Primrose School on Main and Teel. The staff also goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care and programming for each and every child. If that wasn't enough the staff treats your family like their very own. The same amazing leadership staff (Jessica, Whitney, Amanda and Rachel) have been there since we started with our kids 4 years ago. The same amazing welcome we received 4 years is the same incredible welcome we receive every day. They genuinely love each family and want the very best for your child. I highly recommend you visit or call if you are looking for child care/early education. You will not be disappointed. The TeachersOur youngest started when he was just a few months old (now 4yrs old) so he has had the chance to connect with so many of the incredible Primrose teachers. The teachers do an excellent job of sending us daily snapshots of him doing his work, activities and having fun. Each time he moves up you can tell how much the teachers love him because they are sad that he's leaving their class even though he's just moving to the next room :)EducationOur son continues to amaze us with his increased vocabulary as well as letter writing and numbers knowledge. Academics, creativity, playtime, small groups, sing-a-longs, fun events, nutritious meals are just a few of things he gets to experience each day. We feel like he is definitely on track and will be ready for kindergarten.FriendsWhat also makes Primrose so great for our son is that he has made so many friends. In fact, the same friends that started with him in the nursery 4 years ago are still with him today. That says alot about Primrose at Main and Teel. It's not just our family that thinks the world of this place, but its many other families that love and appreciate how hard the staff works to give each child the best experience.SafetyThe new normal has definitely been a challenge for us all. The Staff at Primrose has made it a priority to stay ahead of the changes by thinking through the details and implementing health and safety precautions, making sure the children have a smooth transition from the main entrance to their classroom. We absolutely love Primrose and are truly going to miss our Primrose family when the last of our kiddos heads to kindergarten.
