Was very disappointed with how I was treated. An older blonde woman who was working there yesterday purposefully avoided me when I requested a pick up order. She would look me in the eyes and walk away, and saw me at the pickup counter. She kept spraying scent around the store rather than helping. I had to go find someone else. Additionally, when I finally got her attention she was very short and rude for no reason. The other man there was much kinder and offered to help.

Their home products are excellent, the only minus is that customer service aren’t friendly or eager to offer help, most of the time I have to ask for help, because they ignore my presence. Customer service needs multicultural training to treat everyone the same.

We went in to the store to order the Clarissa chandelier. I was hoping to see it in person first and had called ahead and was told they had it. They did not have it. I wanted to order it anyway, but they objected. There was a man working there that they called their design expert. He wanted to know how tall our ceilings were. I explained this is for a dining room and it is to replace the chandelier currently there. Our ceilings are rather high for a dining room, 12 feet high. This "lighting expert" informed me that the chandelier would have to be hung as a flush mount and we need to pick a flush mount light fixture. After arguing with him for a short bit and trying to show him pictures, we gave up and went elsewhere and ordered a similar light fixture. Another thing to note is that I had shopped here prior to this. The employees will be very quick to offer to help, but also just as quick to say they are out of stock of things without checking. They often do not seem to even know where they keep their own products. So if you want to shop here anyway, which I do sometimes, and they offer to help, just say no and look around for yourself. I must give this a one star rating because more and more I am finding that I can just find whatever it is that I am looking for elsewhere, for less, and/or higher quality.

Evidently Pottery Barn, who use to let you have an item delivered to the store, no longer allows that, at least for certain items. I was given the choice of "white glove" delivery $250.00 or pay 50.00 and have it put on my porch. The item would have easily fit in my suv.I also asked the sales associate if this item would be going on sale anytime soon. She said not until the holidays. I ordered last week, it was delivered 2 days ago. It went on sale today- 100.00 off. I have had horrible experiences with orders and deliveries before but thought it was because of Covid and supply chain issues. I am done with Pottery Barn.

Absolute worst customer experience I have ever had with a store. I was first delivered a damaged table, I requested a new table and when the 2nd table was delivered a week later (delivery team gave 0 heads up either time), the table was even more damaged than the 1st table. The delivery team then tried to put the extension in the 1st table for me but once again, table was even more damaged than I thought.The delivery team was supposed to pick up the damaged table this past Saturday and NEVER showed up. Now yall expect me to sit at home for the FOURTH (4th)!!!!!!!!!!! WEEK IN A ROW?!?! So yall can pick up your damaged table?!?!?!When I contact customer service they say there is nothing they can do.Pathetic customer service and I will promise to never buy from yall again. I was offered a 10% discount to re-order as they could no longer give me a replacement of the table I ordered. A month wasted and I still have NO TABLE!

If you're not looking to buy something, this place is also great for decor inspiration. I've purchased beds, rocking chairs, beddings, desks, etc., from them over the years and love the timeless look as well as the quality of their furniture. Most big-box furniture stores don't offer high-quality, long-lasting furniture, but this place has consistently maintained quality even in the midst of its mass popularity.

NEVER SHOPPING AT POTTERY BARN AGAIN. We bought an open box nursery chair because we found out we are adopting few weeks ago and our adoptive daughter is arriving end of August, so this was the fastest way to receive a chair. The level of quality is filthy, with stains everywhere. Called customer service, can’t even speak to a supervisor and denied the request of return. If I knew this was the level of quality for an open box item from pottery barn I would’ve never bought it. I wouldn’t spend $100 on this filthy chair and we spent $900. I am very disappointed in the quality of open box product as well as the quality of customer service. Their quality control obviously did not even evaluate the product or they should state more clearly what the damages are on the website for USED ITEMS. I will never shop here again PERIOD.

What a [poor] joke.Twice. Yes, twice, I ordered Christmas gifts online, received sales confirmations from Pottery Barn, funds were taken from my debit card and a tracking number was issued for me—only to receive an “Order Cancelled” weeks later (too late to find an equivalent gift for my loved ones before Christmas!!).What?! I’ve never heard of anything like this. What happened to their inventory online system??! Is it legal to represent, sell & take money when those items do not exist? Is this fraud?

Nice store with friendly associate. Lots of home decor are in stock but very few items are in clearance or sale. All the items are expensive. However the quality of the home decor are good. The store associate was helpful and helped with the loading. There are other home furnishings which are way too expensive. Inside the Stonebriar mall in the first floor with clean store front.
