I always enjoy going to work out at Planet Fitness! First of all, I really like the staff. They greet me with a smile and acknowledge me when I leave. The facility is always clean, and I especially like the 30-minute workout zone and messages written everywhere not to be judgmental of others' performance or looks; so important! They keep the equipment up to date and are always available to answer any questions or to help you. Thank you!

Clean and full of modern equipment.
Only problem there is too many people resting on the machines while they rest between sets. They’re on their phones instead of stepping away to allow others to squeeze in a set.

I travel for work all over the God forsaken country, I go to Planets in Portland, Vegas, Dallas, Atlanta, Orlando, this one has the best, not by a little, by a long shot, General Manager I have ever experienced. The staff is amazing, and they are all a reflection of Rome's leadership. This gym does what all gyms should, be the brightness of our days, this team does just that. Kudos to this gym for getting it right.

I have been the member of planet fitness club since 5 years in different cities. But Frisco location is the worst. Century old equipments and the gym was so dirty. PF was my favourite until I moved to Frisco.

I like this facility it is so amazing. I love it that it’s no judgement here. I am working out so I don’t have to take anything for my health. Eating and drinking right is the key.

I hate to leave a one star review. But this gym is really going on a downward spiral.
Reasons:
- staff is fine. Quasi friendly, however, there are times I’ve gone in there and felt invisible at check-in. The place looked filthy and a group of them joking and conversing behind counter.
-the equipment is broken and outdated. Thanks to my black card I am able to go to other ones that seem immaculate compared to this one. However, it’s a pain to have to drive outside my community in order to avoid this one, 2 blocks away.
-The showers are a mess. Always out of soap or hot water.
-The bathroom urinals are leaking fluid all on the ground where you stand.
-(Not business fault), but overcrowded with rude patrons that sit at on the machine for a long time while on phone.
It needs a makeover, even the planet fitness in Oak Cliff got a makeover. I can’t understand Frisco anymore.
