The girl who runs the place is literally the sweetest kindest angel, she helped me make 2 returns and was so patient and polite about it. Highly recommend!!!

As a person with different tastes, for a while this seemed to be the only place I can find the perfect blend of weird and cute small items I can attach to my PC case as a project. Everything pictured here was purchased at Pink Box. Only problems are that the prices have started to go up, they are clearly traumatized by shoplifters and the shelves are getting less weird.

I went to this store a couple days ago and was extremely uncomfortable by a certain girl with a ridiculous chick hat that kept following my friend and I. And it’s really funny how once we went to the register to pay the girl who was following us went to the register too and proceeded to package things which is what she should’ve been doing in the first place instead of trying to intimidate potential customers. Definitely had cute items but most of them were completely overpriced which is probably why so many people end up stealing. One damn claw clip was $8 which is what I spend on a whole meal! Definitely not coming back.

the have cute stuff BUT i did notice that employees follow you around so much as if you were “stealing”. I noticed because an employee staff kept on following only me and my friend and no one else. We do not condone stealing and both of us purchased something. Interesting how she was only following us and not any one else as we weren’t doing anything wrong. It made our shopping experience feel uncomfortable but everything else was okay.

My girls loved this place. They found a lot of what they like just wish there was one closer to our home town.

Very cheap / inexpensive items here, but the worker (or manager?) there is too paranoid about people stealing. The lady was non stop following people around the whole time they were in the store. Me included! And on top of that, there are hand written creepy notes everywhere with previous thieves photos plastered on every shelf.

I discovered the most charming store at the mall. I shopped for bridesmaid gifts and they had really cute gifts at reasonable prices! Definitely want to come back again

Incredibly rude staff and mis-priced items. Don't give these folks your money, they sell overpriced trash trying to cash in on the K-Pop craze.

We liked this store, beautiful collection with quality products. Prices are little moderate but ok.

Went to this store for the first time outside Macys on Superbowl weekend 2023. I had bought a coffee at the Starbucks just inside Macys around 25 steps from the Pink Box when I saw this store and headed in. Looks like some items my daughter may like. Not less than 5 minutes later as I was looking at the earrings a young lady with black hair medium length came up to me telling me I needed to leave with my coffee. She said drinks such as a water bottles with a lid were allowed or certain water holders like Yeti type containers. Mind you I did NOT ask her what was allowed and for the reason that someone spilled a beverage while there previously. I was in shock. My coffee had a lid and a stopper. I was holding it with one hand and looking at the earrings hanging on the wall and checking out prices with the other hand. I told her my money was going elsewhere and walked out. She smiled. Was there such a great risk to this inexpensive display of earrings from my coffee that was in one hand? I am a well dressed woman that saw a lot that I wanted to buy for my daughter. I was told I could come back after I drank my coffee! Really lady?! Your prices are low end and you are quick to run out a potential customer that would have spent some good money in your shop. Poor customer service and business etiquette for a small business. Are you going to allow women with babies in strollers that are holding sippy cups? Think about your approach towards those that enter your store and look at the situation. Do not judge all based on a previous customer who made a mess. You are not a high-end store and considering Macys has no issues selling coffee next to their women's clothing department I would think rethink this "policy" if you want to drive business out of your store.
