My cat has been getting her nails clipped for years with different people and there has never been any issue.
Recently moved and took my cat to this location for a nail clipping. The woman was rough with her and my cat very frightened from the experience. We took our cat back without finishing the service and spoke to the manager. We were offered our money back on the condition that we do not come back (we weren’t planning on it). These people do not care about animals, as I’ve seen on the other reviews.
We now have to medicate our cat before her nail clippings as she is still frightened by going to the groomers.

Paid for my product online for a total of $58.99. When I went to the store to pick up my order, the sales associate charged me an additional $58.99 plus tax for my already paid for item. When I told him I had already paid for it, he did a return for only $51.08. This is unacceptable. He also tried to short change the customer in line before me, who paid in cash. I won't be returning to this store

Petco has gone downhill. No one is ever at the register , and they have no self checkout. Its ridiculous.

This visit was on 5/16/24. Four stars only because I think the prices are steep on their chews for aggressive chewing dogs. Otherwise, the selection of dog food, toys, and treats is, overall, extensive. I have not used their groomers, so I do not have an opinion on the quality of the cuts or the prices, but I love that the grooming area is open for viewing. I purchased a couple of rawhide bones for my dogs. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The store was lean and organized.

I have been to five different Petco locations multiple times in the past two months because I am working on setting up multiple fish tanks. This location is the only location where my experiences have not been consistently positive. After my experience on 13-Apr-2024 I will not return. I visited this location to look at their inventory in researching fish for a 20-gallon tank. They were also having a dog adoption outside, and it seems like this is where the focus was for the staff. I walked in an noticed several people in the room on the right, but no one at the register or on the sales floor. While looking at the tanks I noticed some were open at the top, I looked down and noticed several fish on the floor that had obviously been stepped on. It was so upsetting and disturbing I left immediately. I know some people do not consider fish as pets, but this is a PET STORE. Do better or remove the aquatics livestock.

Came in with my German shepherd Dougie who had just been fixed and he needed an e-collar. Employee was really friendly and showed me where to find them. Then Dougie was able to find a big green ball on a low shelf that he wanted to purchase. He grabbed it himself and took to register.

I am very disappointed in my last many visits to not only this location but others as well. The service is horrible the prices have sky rocketed and now being asked to pay for a bag is just the last straw for me. A plastic bag is very cheap and is the cost of doing business in my opinion. And there can’t be the excuse that it’s better for the environment because a plastic bag costs a fraction of the 10 cents being charged. It is for sheer profit and it is disgusting to me. I will not shop at Petco anymore and it’s sad because I have spent lots of money there as we have 4 dogs and three fish tanks. Two of which are saltwater and one fresh water. You have lost a long term customer.

Probably the worst retail store in the USA . I waited by the register for 10 minutes, not one was there to ring up my purchases. I waited for 10 to 15 minutes to see if anyone would show up . No one did left over 100 bucks worth of items in my car at the register and left. This is a problem at this location as this was not the first time this happened. They need self checkout and a new store manager.

Stores is overall nice and staff is knowledgeable and dedicated.I didn't like the push of the vital care membership. Do not get the membership unless you have multiple pets and plan to spend enoughI fell for it only to realize that it didn't make sense for me. Having said that, I was able to cancel it
