STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
I had an extremely disappointing experience here. Not only was their customer service poor, but they also acted unprofessionally after I decided to take my car to another shop for repairs. They could have easily reassembled parts they had removed from my car, but instead, they chose not to, leaving my car in worse condition than when I brought it in.
To make matters worse, they didn’t even bother to reinstall all five nuts on one of my tires, which is a major safety hazard. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
If you own a Tesla, do yourself a favor and take it to an authorized Tesla service center. Save yourself the frustration and risk by avoiding this shop at all costs.

I recently took my Tesla to Parkwood Collision for repairs through an insurance claim, and the experience was outstanding. This shop is Tesla-approved, which gave me confidence from the start, but what really made the difference was the exceptional service I received.
Jon was the person I worked with, and he went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, Jon greeted me with a smile, asked how he could help, and got to work right away. He even helped me navigate my insurance app to find the claim number and other necessary details, which saved me a lot of time.
Jon stayed in touch with me throughout the repair process, providing updates and communicating everything clearly. When there was a slight delay, he called me immediately, apologized, and assured me that my car would be ready the next day—and it was!
When I picked up my car, it looked better than ever. It was not only expertly repaired but also cleaned and waxed, both inside and out. The car drives like a dream now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Parkwood Collision is an excellent choice for Tesla owners, and I can’t recommend them enough. The professionalism, quality of work, and customer care were top-notch. If you need repairs, this is the place to go! I’ll definitely be back if I ever need their services again.

Parkwood Collision did an amazing job on our repair. Our Tesla looked good as new and as an added bonus, they even detailed it inside and out. Jon was absolutely amazing to work with. He walked me through every step and made sure to keep me in the loop at all times. I am so happy to have found this place and I will definitely refer all of my friends in need of collision repair.

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee there for some minor body work. Upon arrival they said they only work on Teslas, but told me what part I needed and said to bring it in when I got it and they would install it. I took it in today and they told care of it right away as a courtesy. I don’t own a Tesla but if I did I would take it there without a doubt!!! Great customer service!

I worked with Parkwood to get the rear bumper of my Model 3 replaced. The repair was completed within 2 days and the communication throughout the process was very professional and prompt. I'm a satisfied customer and highly recommend this body shop.

The owner of this shop was so helpful. He gave an estimate of the cost of repairing my car but also took the time to clean up the scrapes as we looked at the car to make the car look a little better.

I took my car here for an estimate for paint repair because they are a Tesla approved body shop and seemed to have a great reputation on a Tesla Facebook group I'm in. Well, I received an astronomical quote that honestly made no sense based on the information Tesla gave me. So then I took the car to AutoNation Tesla and they gave a more reasonable quote--at less than half the price Parkwood Collision quoted. During a future conversation with Tesla, I asked them if the price point quoted by Parkwood Collision makes sense and they told me no, and that they were very surprised--that with that amount of money, at Tesla Service, I could get a brand new bumper repainted (instead of just repainting my existing bumper, which was what Parkwood quoted me for). This is not a trustworthy place and I would avoid it.
