I took my car here for an estimate for paint repair because they are a Tesla approved body shop and seemed to have a great reputation on a Tesla Facebook group I'm in. Well, I received an astronomical quote that honestly made no sense based on the information Tesla gave me. So then I took the car to AutoNation Tesla and they gave a more reasonable quote--at less than half the price Parkwood Collision quoted. During a future conversation with Tesla, I asked them if the price point quoted by Parkwood Collision makes sense and they told me no, and that they were very surprised--that with that amount of money, at Tesla Service, I could get a brand new bumper repainted (instead of just repainting my existing bumper, which was what Parkwood quoted me for). This is not a trustworthy place and I would avoid it.

I initially had a good service, but then I started to see some of the details where they couldn't fix.1. The truck door did not install properly, i see noise while opening and closing.2. The parts were not installed correctly3. Part was missing and i was asked to contact tesla and get the part numberOverall not satisfied ?

Walked in to get an estimate (and perhaps schedule repair) on my ‘22 model 3. I had already submitted a claim to my insurance company, and had the claim number ready. The guy behind the counter told me I needed an estimate from my insurance company before he would talk to me. I thought estimates are what you get from a body shop, not an insurance company.Anyway, I spun on my heels and went down the road to Gerber in The Colony. Although they have a 2-month waiting list (good sign), they didn’t bat an eye over “estimates”, they were professional and articulate (well, Joey tends to mumble a bit), but otherwise direct and answered all my questions.I will not be recommending Parkwood to any of my Tesla peeps.

I had a poor (very poor) experience how my appointment was handled. I confirmed appointment three times and be sure that it was drop off the car for repair. But on the actual day when I was there they told they can’t take my car for next 5 weeks.

At Varo was amazing to work with! The service and quality was superb. The car has bad hail damage from recent hail storms. It came out better that expected. Like showroom ready Tesla model S!

They didn't actually do the repair because the insurance company declared the car a total loss, but every interaction I had with the repair shop was positive.

Their website incorrectly states that they do free estimates. Gentleman at the desk stated that they do not do any estimates at this time.
