The finest stationary store boutique that has high end gifts, gorgeous frames, jewelry, adorable baby gifts, wedding, any occasion and anything you could ask for it is my Happy Place. The ladies are wonderful. Karen has been such a great help to me personally as well as her team.They are so helpful, creative n their packaging and always always so nice and attentive.This is my favorite Paper Affair store they never rush you out the door without making sure you have everything you want and love.The best of the best!!

I have been into this store several times over the last two years and it is always the same interaction, or lack there of with the staff. Today was the first time I had been greeted going into the store.But after being there for what seemed like 10-15 minutes (and listening to the staff and the other person in the store conversation about their housemate having COVID) I reluctantly asked for help.The help that I received was informative and I felt that she was genuine in wanting to assist but as a consumer I don’t feel I should have to see out assistance.The store is nice. They are well located for the area. They have a wide variety of gifts, cards, and paper. But the service leaves something to be desired.

I stopped in here really just doing some window shopping after dining next door and ended up coming out with an abundance of gifts!! This is the cutest boutique if you love stationary and fun trinkets and gifts for loved ones. Loved their soy candles and all kinds of lotions and smell goods. They have great items for bridal events and baby showers. If you are all about colorful items or themed parties this would be a one stop shop! I bought my mom some eucalyptus and lavender bath products and they wrapped it so perfectly free of charge. I also enjoyed looking at their beautiful variety of jewelry. They occasionally also will have sales and will mark items down as much as 70 percent off! It is a pricey place but the quality of the items reflect the prices in my opinion. Some days you just want to spoil the ones you love with luxury. I really enjoyed browsing this store and I will be back when I am eating at some of my favorite spots in the area.

I had an issue with an O ring keychain that I purchased from them a few years back and they were so helpful and resolved the issue! They always have the sweetest employees & the cutest stuff!!! Highly recommend

Great customer service! Super friendly!!! Great selection of items. I will say the only down part is they are limited with stock on shelf. For example I needed 6 of the same thing. I could only find 4 of the same notebooks or notecards etc. but again not everyone needs that many of the same gift. I will go back as everyone was polite and friendly and willing to help!

The people here are rude and stuck up. They did not merely have the decency to make eye contact when I was speaking to them. They were unfriendly and it wasn’t fun to shop there. I wish I could give zero stars. Additionally, what they were selling was tacky and extremely overpriced - the type of thing you get from your great aunt and I have been very disappointed with my purchase. I will NEVER forget or return to this store. I hope the ladies working there could learn some minimal manners

Cute, clean shop in upscale shopping center off DNT and Lebanon! Quality goods at prices that reflect that; great selection of candles, cards, some soap and bath bombs, envelopes, some jewelry.. something for everyone!

Great customer service! They helped me match up the font from my wedding invites for my thank you notes, and cranked out printing addresses within a couple of days. Super helpful and friendly folks!
