Pam Thorn and her team made our mortgage lending process fast and easy. They were so knowledgeable and thorough. When I first reached out to them Pam quickly reviewed all the mortgage options and explained the various paths I could take. They worked together so I never ever felt I had to repeat my needs or wants. She took time to walk me through aspects of this process, and any time I wanted to explore something, she engaged experts on her team to do that. If you need a loan officer who will get the job done, Pam is your person! We had some unique circumstances pop up during our home purchase. When other mortgage companies made the situation more complicated comprising the sale, Pam jumped in to handle the purchase with care and ease. She was available to answer all our questions and followed up with us each step of the way to assure all our needs were met. We couldn't have asked for a better fit and more caring mortgage team.
