I am a bit flabbergasted to be honest. New to area and looking for laundry of dress shirts. Dropped off 12 and got hit with $125 bill. Guess I’ll just buy new shirts ?♂️

In my opinion, the time to get items ready for pick up is longer than some other local cleaners. Also, prices seem higher too.

Although one of OXXO’s main value propositions is that there is 24x7 access for pickup and drop off through the kiosk using the app, the system would not recognize my app to retrieve my garments. Had the store not been open when I went to pick up my order, I would have completely wasted my time, as I did not have my card with me and I would i not have been able to to pick up my order. If you are going to offer a mobile app, you need to make sure that it works and works consistently.
UPDATED 6/2/24: issue, except this time I can’t even log in to the app on my iPhone to reset my password and update my phone number. The app is completely useless and the claim of being able to pick up your clothes 24/7 is totally false advertising. Time to find a new dry cleaners. Lowering the rating to 1-star.

I love, love, love the ability to pick up my cleaning 24/7 using the auto outside kiosk system. Very good cleaning & drop off was great. I appreciate the attention to detail and personal service. It was a bit pricey but worth the experience.

It’s a nightmare when the self serve is not operating. I am in downtown Dallas during business hours. It was so frustrating last Sunday and Monday. You should email people when it’s down. You should staff later hours and Sundays

Costs are a little more, the 24 hour pick up window is worth its weight in gold. Also, when I do have to interact with the staff, they always go above and beyond to assist. Clothes always come out great, no issues there. Been using them for years!!
