Highly recommend this location, I went in for a cabin filter for my car and had no idea what I needed. Felipe was quick to jump in and assist, he was very friendly and super knowledgeable. He was able to take care of what I was looking for and also recommended that I look into replacing my wiper blades before winter hit. I ended up getting both items and now I'm set! If you go in, speak with Felipe. I used to shop Autozone only but after this experience I've moved to O'Reilly! 10/10 would recommend

I would probably avoid this location and head straight to AutoZone if you are experiencing battery issues and need a battery test.When having a battery test performed here, check to see that the clips are attached adequately to your battery posts. The test should run for over 15-30 seconds. No matter the result of the test, trust your gut and get a second opinion.Two different vehicles, on two seperate occasions, have received a battery test here on batteries which needed replacement. Both times, the man helping me, and my mother in law told us that the batteries were fine. Both times, our vehicles would not start shortly after that. The first occasion was with a 2012 black Chevy Tahoe. The test was performed on July 4th, around 2pm by a man with a full figure and a short stature.The second occasion took place on October 22nd, around 8pm on a gray GMC Yukon Denali.Luckily, my brother is an automechanic who takes pride in his work. He reccomended the correct battery replacement with warranties, and replaced our air filters and performed a health check on our vehicles and reccomended mileage maintenance milestones. I reccomend you visit Jacob down at the AutoZone off of Main and Custer and he'll get you fixed up right. He doesn't discriminate against gender or unfairly represent female customers with automotive issues, either.

Amazing customer service! Ruben was beyond helpful when we came in with an auto issue. He was extremely knowledgeableand even came out to the car to assist in fixing the issue we were experiencing - in 100+ degree heat! Will definitely return to & recommend this location. Thank you, Ruben!

Like many O’Reilly Auto Parts I have gone to before, the staff here knows what they are talking about. I don’t know about you, but I like my Auto Parts store staff to sound like my mechanic. They throw in a good, old story about a time they had a similar issue with their vehicle for good measure.On a related note, this specific location has helped me once with jumper cables and a battery issue in another instance. I guess you can say I’ve had positive experiences with them over the years.

I was out of town on a Saturday and my car wouldn't start. I called several places to have it looked at and they all just said to have it towed and they would look at it next week. I felt the problem might be a suddenly dead battery so I called the O'Reilly's in Frisco. Steve answered the phone and physically verified that he had the battery for my car. I went and bought it, installed it and my car worked. I was able to drive back to Norman and the next day get my core credit back without any hassle. Thanks All.

I wish I could give 0 . The store salesperson (Will) was unnecessarily rude. I ordered items online, and there was a discrepancy. I inquired about the items ordered in the store. Will did not have any interest in helping me. He was short and dismissive. I am honestly confused about the lack of customer service this company offers. I have no intentions on EVER patronizing this store or company again . In a world where eBay, Amazon. Advance, Napa, and Auto-zone still exist...remember you have choices.

Awesome customer service! I came in because my check engine light was on. Wyatt informed me of the code he received after running a free diagnostic and gave me helpful tips to help clean my O2 sensors and catalytic converter parts. I appreciate his helpful information as the product he suggested cleared my check engine light.
