I came in to print a greeting card. And after asking several times how the process of me ordering and printing in store, it was like the associate didn’t want to go through the process of me ordering in store. When I finally order she tells me it’ll be a few minutes, but it wasn’t until another associate asked me what I was waiting on to then inform me the printer is down and being fixed. The first associate never even mentioned that to me — she just told me a few minutes which turned into much more than a few.

Office depot employees are the friendliest people I encounter. I just came in to get prints and the guy behind the counter was super nice, didn't catch his name but he was superb! Great job office depot.

Issac was extremely helpful today, he went above and beyond to help us with spiral bonding and spiral hole punching. Not only was he helpful, he also did it with a great attitude. We will definitely be back.

This has been my go-to "local" Office Depot for almost two decades. I find that most printing services are hit or miss generally even at the same location, but I had a great experience this time! The employees were super helpful. More importantly, I wanted to highlight Paul and Michael for going out of their way to help me. Probably one of my best experiences at Office Depot from my many visits all over the country (I've travel through different states for events and usually print at Office Depot for last minute needs)! So appreciated!!!

In this age of zombies staring at their phones instead of helping customers, this store is a refreshing return to what customer service should be.I had a last minute printing project and everyone I spoke to by phone and in person gave me expert advice. They were invested in my success with this project.And when I returned later that night to make another purchase, the cashier remembered me and asked how my day turned out. This question startled me in a good way— it was nice to have that “human connection.”Well done, Office Depot / Office Max. I will go out of my way to go to THIS location.Thank you!
