Jeff helped me out and I absolutely loved my experience! The store is so clean and they got me in and out super quick. Definitely not your average tire shop they did not pressure me to do services and I am so grateful for them getting me in as quick as they did! Keep up the great work y’all!

Professionals yes. Treated me well yes. Listened to me no they didn’t. Asked for a break check. Wasn’t done nor recorded on notes. Asked if anything else was noticed. Gave me the generic yeah it’s all fine but didn’t check anything extra.
Didn’t have in cabin air filter in stock. Their alignment machine shows in alignment but car still drives weird and tires had a wear in the inner part of the tire. All indications of alignment issues. Alignment was green but not dead center but maybe green just by a hair.
This is why I took 2 stars off. You make requests that never get done.
Almost forgot made appointment so that I’m served ahead of the walk ins and I was the last to out the door after several hours.
What’s the appointment system for if you’re not going to honor it. If someone makes an appointment and shows up. Anyone who didn’t should get serviced after the appointment is handled first and not in reverse otherwise it’s pointless to make appointments.

I highly recommend NTB Tire & Service Center @ the Preston Rd location. I went in needing a patch on my tires. They fixed the issue and provided me excellent service! Thank you!

I needed my tire patched and didn't call NTB until 30 minutes to closing, but Jeff told me to come on over and assisted with it! I needed it done so the accommodation was life saving! This is my third time here and I’m never disappointed! So thankful and grateful to be a customer of NTB!

This location was extremely helpful. Especially Jeff. My tire had a nail in it and Jeff took care of the issue promptly and professionally. Made my day much easier and safer. I trust this location and the people who work there.

Really rude people. I called them for taking my car for oil change. They said yes they have availability, I drove from McKinney to Frisco over 20 min drive. I did tell them over the phone that I have my own oil and filter. I got there they told me they not gonna use my filter and oil. Really rude people I would not recommend this location for any type of car get done. Please stay away from this location hardly not recommending them feel bad for people that not reading people comment and taking there cars in this location!

I wanted to give a shout out to Jeff Young with NTB Preston Rd Frisco.I had recently bought tires for our car at a different tire shop. One of the tires was flat the next morning, so when I put on the donut, one of the wheel studs was broke. I went to Walmart tire and auto and they couldn’t help because they were not equipped to handle this issue, I called another tire shop and he said that it would take a mechanic. I reached out to Jeff, and he said absolutely they could do it. Jeff went above and beyond, he was very helpful, and kind, he got us in there, they took care of the issue with the wheel stud and installed a new tire. Qualified service! Very satisfied customer.Will recommend all of my family, friends and business associates to NTB.

Had the tire we needed in stock after a really bad blowout, got it changed out and replaced rather quickly, very communicative and very courteous
