We have banked at NDBT since 1997 and we are very well pleased. Some of the time we were overseas. When I need banking assistance, I can call several that I know by their first names because they offered to be that kind of banker. I highly recommend.

Not sure why this bank, up the street from me, is wildly offering a new service, Zelle. What bank in their right mind would encourage customers to use an app that doesn't care about it's users, by not helping them when scammed by ALL the SCAMMERS that live in Zelle???Doesn't make sense to tell your customers to use an app they have no control over and it's main purpose is scammers love it because Zelle won't help anyone scammed on the app.Makes you wonder... What scammer built the app?Nice going NDBT - North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. Think I'll look elsewhere for a business bank.

Disrespect for The American Men, women, sisters, brothers, and ALL who served in the Armed Forces of the united states of America! Why?—-this bank has had an American flag at the top of their flag pole that is torn and flapping Aimlessly in the face of all who have died and been disfigured !They have told us the same story for the last four days. And still have not replaced it.Yes there are spells of Highwinds, hail, and raging storms that make havoc with buildings and flags alike. That is no excuse for not having a strong and secure presence of an American flag to show that they too Believe that our servicemen are why this is the land of the free and the home of the brave!The United States of America Veterans Association! In God We Trust !

Frisco team are extremely friendly, my entire family are customers of North Dallas Bank and Trust and my parents both are users of Frisco location. No matter how many times my dad calls in with his Online Banking issues which is the user's errors but they treat him so kindly that he won't feel embarrassed. He has gone there so many time with his debit card problems which is again his fault for entering the incorrect pin # but they have patiently took care of him. I am so proud of them to "Treat Everyone They Way They Wanted To Be Treated". Thank you Frisco Banking Center for taking care of our elderly customers with such a dignity and respect. Baharak

I've never had such issues with a debit account in my life. The most recent problem was caused when they (without notifying me) changed the billing address on file for my card to the address of the bank! Now my card and all of the funds in it is unusable until Monday morning when the bank opens, as the phone support can do nothing for me.

I opened my accounts with NDBT a couple years ago and the service they provide is second to none! I'm not a large customer by any means, but they always make me feel like a VIP! Maurice Uttley has personally watched over my account and has more then taken care of me! I can't thank him enough for all he has done. When I walk in most of the staff say hello by my name, now how's that for customer service!! I would also like to thank Melissa Williams and Paul Cooper for assisting me with all my other needs. They are a so much better then the large banks where you're only a number. With NDBT you're a person!
