Complete waste. Booked a 30-minute consultation with a specific tailor and shown to the suite on time, only for my tailor to blow in and start with another client who showed up at the same time. When I asked the clerk what was going on, she said the tailor would "get to me" and that's how it works. Like, what?? Why did I book this appointment? Halfway through the time slot, the tailor comes out, visibly flustered, saying she has "a lot of customers." No way was I leaving my pieces with this kind of operation, so I walked out. You get what you pay for, I guess (which is nothing).If you choose to proceed here, know that appointments are treated like walk-ins and that you may or may not receive your scheduled service. Or, save your effort (and quite possibly your clothing) and pick another business that's small enough to care.

Very professional. Tailors did an excellent job with my wedding suit. Bought a suit at Nordstroms, did and second and third fitting and then took it home.

Olga Boro is the most helpful, honest, and professional tailor I have ever worked with! My entire goes to her now! She makes sure we are camera ready for every event! She is purely amazing!!

This is the worst Nordstrom I have ever shopped at. The staff is ignorant of the product, surly, and on their phones much of the time. I only go into the store a couple of times per year to buy suits, dress pants, and sport coats as I dread stepping foot inside. I have found a few good staff members who know what the Nordstrom experience should be but they are a small minority. The staff tell you to shop online if you ask any question they cannot answer, my wife was told to go to Youtube when she had a basic cosmetic product application question. Today I was sent all over the store to pick up a sport coat for alterations and was given attitude by everyone as I was disturbing their conversations an interrupting their phone use. The management needs to go to any other store to understand what the brand is about.

Quick in and out. I came in looking for a Clé de peau concealer and was taken care of right away. Kaling helped me find the perfect match to cover the night shifter eyes I came in with that needed some resolution. She tried a few colors till we found a perfect shade. I was glad to have come in today because I left feeling valued as a Nordstrom Rewards member and found something that I needed.

Came to try out some new foundation at the Tom Ford counter and Khadije M. was the person who helped me. She is no makeup artist nor does she know how to match my skin color. She pretty much just guess the color on me and instead of using a sanitize clean sponge on my face.... she used her dirty fingers to smear the foundation on my face. GROSS! I told her the color is too dark and she try to put another color on my face with her dirty fingers again so I said I am not interested and do not touch my face. She talks too much and was no help! The next day my face had breakouts!

The more I shop at Nordstrom the more I enjoy the experience. Excellent culture and fabulous customer service. Shopping is pleasurable and stress fee, just as it should be. Can't say enough good things about this company, it's quality clothes/ shoes etc., online site and in store employees.

This place is racist. I was told some BS about to buy a lingerie bottom I'd need to open a Nordstrom credit account and I'd need to buy item tomorrow in order to be able to buy the item I wanted when I needed it! The red headed sales clerk wanted me to buy what she wanted when she wanted. Huh? really? I needed the item tonight not tomorrow! Unbelievable! I've never been told I had to wait to buy something when I'm in the store let me buy it today with or without a stupid Nordstrom credit card to get the sale price! Costumer service is everything teach your employees to make a sale when the costumer is ready not when they are ready. So upset, Ann

Shout out to Amanda in the children's clothing department. She is outstanding and goes above and beyond! Super friendly, helpful and makes it easy when shopping with toddlers running around. Also bought a few items from Kristina in accessories and had a wonderful experience. She's helped me before and I will only visit the department when she's there. She's super busy, helping so many at the same time, while answering the phone and still makes me feel noticed and treats me like I'm the customer. Old fashioned customer service! Thanks, ladies!

Don't even bother with cosmetic section!! I had the worst experience at the MAC counter today. I was looking at products, but definitely needed some direction. I waited and waited, Making eye contact with multiple "team members". I know they are busy, I was very patient. I finally said, within ear shot, "mam, could you..." she turned her back on me and walked away! Needless to say I put down the product and walked my happy self and wallet to Macy's and purchased an abundance of product. †What a joke Nordstrom.

I love this nordstrom! It's always kept clean and organized. The people that work there are all so friendly. I've never had a problem trying to find someone to help me. If you place an order online you can do curbside pickup. You just call or text, pull up to a certain spot and they bring your purchase out to you!

I LOVE NORDSTROM. It is my go to,the staff is awesome.I feel like a new woman coming out of there,lol.I can always get what I want and more.The customer service is phenomenal.I can only say great things about them.Oh,and I Love the return policy!
