Her 2 strand twist have lasted for 30 days and counting...
They still look Good.
So I'm happy.
Maybe I can get another 30 days out of them including the twist out.
Then I'd be elated!

My first time getting my hair retwisted here. I was treated as if I was a regular. I am now. Chaun retwisted my locs like no other. Chaun had me leaving dancing in my head like she had this little girl (the client before me) leaving overly pleased with her hair. I can not wait to see how Chuan blesses my son’s locs.

I love the owner I’ve been a regular since I got my first dreadlock retwist and she’s done great but ever since she’s moved to her new location and has gotten new customers I haven’t been gettin my hair done at the time my appointment was supposed to start I come in a few minutes early for my appointment and I wait till she finishes the person in front of me but when she’s done she starts doin somebody else’s hair when I was next in line fast forward she don’t start my hair till she’s done w all her clients when my appointment was supposed to start at 430pm and she doesn’t start my hair till 940pm. The hair doin is good but the timing is horrible

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Waited over 40 mins for NYG to show up for my son, when we called he said it was going to be another 10 minutes. Canceled the appointment, I don’t have time to be waiting around. RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE’S TIME. Then another barber was smoking INSIDE the salon while kids are around. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!

My first time here I got crochet box braids and Sumego did an excellent job on my hair! A lot of stylists wants you to have your hair shampooed and conditioned when you get to the place but at Sumego's shop she does all of that. She not only braids your hair but she most definitely helps my hair grow and I'm grateful for having Sumego as a hair stylist. She also does natural hairstyles as well and she's really good at that too!! Yes you will have to wait a little bit before getting your hair shampooed but it's just because she's always busy but who can blame her when she's excellent at what she does.

I dropped her off at 4:35 straight from school and early. My daughter walked in and the stylist was just getting started on someone else. Our first appointment was great. We came back because of it. I made the second appointment for my 15 year old daughter at 4:45 for a wash and style/straighten. I dropped her off at 4:35 straight from school and early. My daughter walked in and the stylist was just getting started on someone else. She looked at her hair and my daughter told her that she needed a conditioning treatment then the blow dry and straightening. The stylist told her she needed to do a Brazilian blow out. Those cost over $200! My daughter doesn't know any better so she said ok. She waited and at 5:30, 55 minutes later, she got started on my daughters hair, washing and then conditioning. Two more people came in to get their hair done while my daughter sat under the drier. At 6:30 my daughter texted saying she was still under the drier and that the stylist was highlighting another clients hair. At 7:05 my husband takes her some food because she hasn't eaten sense 12:30. She is still under the drier waiting. My husband lets me know that she hasn't even dried or started straightening her hair and that she was still with another client. Not to mention that the stylist still hasn't even mentioned to me that she's about to do a $200+ treatment on my daughters hair. I send my husband back in the salon to get my daughter and leave. It was 7:15 and she had been sitting there sense 4:35. She's devastated because she's been waiting to get her hair straightened. My sister is a hair stylist so I understand the business and double booking yourself so you can get another client in while one is processing color. But double and triple booking yourself with clients who need attention the entire appointment is ridiculous. This was terrible service, taking advantage of a teenager who doesn't know better and who would never be disrespectful and speak up and trying to do an expensive treatment without parental consent. She then called my phone after my husband left with my daughter and said she would be charging my card for a shampoo. I will be disputing these charges. Unbelievable to me and we will not be returning or giving any recommendations.

Sumego has been my stylist for over two years now and I extremely pleased with her service and professionalism. I also bring my three girls here and her finesse and love for hair and her customers is second to none. I recommend her for you and your children.

Much too expensive. She came to my home driving from Frisco to Prosper and charge me $70 as a trip charge and then another $45 to cut my hair. It cost me $115 for a short haircut. I would not use her again due to the cost of the haircut. I thought it was outrageous
