These products are beyond AMAZING! As someone who is super health conscious about the importance of non chemicals, it does not get more cleaner than this company and the products that they offer. However, the customer service, specifically Kristie at this location is WONDERFUL. An absolute delight! She goes way beyond her needs, you are in great hands if she happens to help you. I keep returning back to this company in all honesty because of how wonderful she is making everything run so smoothly.

We were on a search for a really good mattress that would last longer than 7 years and would have no off-gassing. We were very impressed with Naturepedic's website and very happy to have a showroom near us! Kristi actually made buying a mattress a pleasant experience - she is knowledgeable and professional. No sales pitch or pressure! Felt like talking with a friend. Once we received our delivery, we followed a video to build our king size mattress. My husband and I had fun doing this together. It was not difficult at all! After two weeks on Soft coils, my husband preferred my side with the Firm coils better. He contacted Kristi, and within a week the Firm coils arrived. This was a 100% FREE exchange! It was very easy to unzip our mattress to replace coils. This was the most we have ever spent on a mattress. Glad we got the Black Friday sales price! We both have been getting the best sleep ever - no more shoulder and hip aches for my husband. We've been sleeping on our mattress for almost 3 months. Highly recommended!

Absolutely abysmal. A $6,000 bed delivered with a faulty base falling apart. Delivery refused! You have to be joking.

So glad we found Naturepedic in Frisco. They have top quality products that are truly all natural. No off gassing which was so important. Michelle was very helpful with making sure we found just the right mattress! Can’t wait to try out the new mattress!
