Like this location and the people working at it (no complaints). Problem I have is toward NAPA in general, not this location. Bottom line.... I thought I was getting a deal with the 2nd Saturday sale. After checking, all items that I got discounted still cost more than elsewhere. In the end I could have just bought the EXACT same items in Walmart and saved a significant amount of money. Check your options, "sales & discounts" aren't always what they seem.

They offered me a replacement at a good price with a very competitive discount compared to other stores. I promised that if they ordered it for me, I would go pick it up the next day. Indeed, later I went to look for it and the kind gentleman who had helped me before and given the discount was not there. The person who helped me that day told me that he would not give me that discount because it was for employees. I told him that Mr. consulted with another employee who was there and they both agreed on that price. The man wanted to give me the spare part at an increased price and I told him that I did not agree because I chose them (Napa) because of the good price they gave me and that I was also going because of the commitment I had to look for the spare part by going to Napa. I also let him know that I was coming from afar and that I did not agree with them giving me one price and then telling me another. I think that for anyone it would be in bad taste. Worse was that the Lord never agreed to admit that it was their mistake and leave me the price like that, he preferred to leave the spare part there than give it to me because I did not agree to pay the increased price. At that price I would have bought it at any other store nearby. Anyway, it seems to me to be in very bad taste that they give you a Price and then when you go the next day from afar you find that they give you an Unfair Price.

While driving on I-35, a shredded tire was thrown into my lane and I hit it. Sadly, the impact damaged the wind-gate behind the bumper of my pickup and it was hanging on the ground. I decided to Jimmy-rig the wind-gate to the bumper with tape so I could drive my truck to the dealer to buy a replacement part. I made it to the dealership safely, but they wanted $680 just for a new part (not including labor). They urged me to get it replaced before driving my truck back home to Nevada because the wind-gate helps to cool the engine. As a last ditch effort, I decided to go to AutoZone to see if they had any parts to help me replace the wind-gate on my own. However, AutoZone told me they don't carry any parts for new model trucks, but suggested I go to Napa Auto Parts. From the moment I walked into Napa Auto Parts, Dylan greeted me with a warm welcome. He listened to my issue and went outside in 102+ degree heat, got under my truck, and found a temporary solution to fix my problem so I can drive back home to Nevada. Dylan was absolutely fantastic and very friendly. Best of all, he didn't charge me a single penny. I am so incredibly thankful to Dylan and Napa Auto Parts for all they did to help me solve the issue. I honestly don't know what I would've done without their help. Highly, Highly Recommended for your auto needs. Before you decide to go to the dealership, come here first to see if they can help you out.
