There was a staff who was really rude towards my parents. I don’t appreciate her saying “ why are you always buying her” like dude mind your business I can buy it whenever I want. I see that she was rude to other customers too. Wont ever be shopping here ever again if that Karen lady is there ??????.

Staff is very rude especially the owner. They don’t even show you saree properly unless you are buying it. Sarees are very expensive too! Never coming back

Excellent collection, wide variety, suitable for needed occasions and age. Staffs are patient enough to take you through all varieties, kind and courteous. The customer service was outstanding, and the silk products was exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I was so pleased with the service I received and an amazing experience at Nalli Frisco.Balaji

Last week I visited Nalli silks in frisco,TX. I bought some kurthis. The price is reasonable and also the quality is excellent. All staffs moved very friendly and showed all dresses with great level of patience. Especially the manager Sujatha was very kind. I would strongly recommend to visit this Nalli once if you are around that area.

Hello ladies in and around Frisco. I would like to share my experience with one of the head staff in Nalli silks which is near to stone Briar mall. The head was so rude and she showed lots of disinterest and disrespect to me and other customers.She actually doesn't wants any customer to view the products, know the price or take time to decide about.I prefer not to go again and purchase here. I purchased nearly 10 items here yesterday I was so fast though she didn't like me asking price.she expects the customer just take some item& pay it. no Questions. I suggest pls do not waste time &money in a disrespectful place . Also do not encourage who doesn't want to provide good service. Thanks

Excellent customer service! All the ladies were very helpful and polite. Nice collection of sarees, men's and women's kurtas. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again.

Sapna at the Nalli store is really good. She helps choose the right sarees and is very welcoming. Whatever price range , she patiently helps us.However BEWARE of the tailor recommendations available there.I have had very very BAD experience with one of their highly recommend TAILOR list , SRILATHA!!.Her work was very amateurish and she charges really high fees. She never delivers on time. I had to go to her place 4 times to get the blouses and each time she would tell she is going to be home, and when I travel 45 mins and reach there , she would not be home. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Finally after 3 months of chasing her down, the blouses she gave me did not have some hooks , the lining was hanging loose and not stitched together...bad seams ...and above all she did a completely different design at her own will . I just picked up my blouses paid her greedy self and left.

I entered their store at 7.35 , still previous customers were there when I enquired for a readymade jacket, a lady came and told that they are officially closed by 7.30, even when I told Tom I’d my birthday and I am looking for a quick purchase she again told the same , very poor customer service never recommended them or come back here

My wife had a terrible customer service experience today and she narrated that to me. If I was there, I’d have asked to speak to the owner / manager. She had asked for a lower end price range and the customer service ladies weren’t too interested knowing the price range and spoke disparagingly with each other in Tamil not knowing my wife speaks and understands tamil. Customer service represents the brand apart from the products. In this aspect Nalli Frisco has failed terribly. Will never go back to this store again. Hope the management addresses this so that they don’t have more disappointed folks like me and my wife.
