I’m pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of the veggies I ordered from here. Looking forward to ordering more! Delivery was on scheduled time, I just wish they offered delivery to all zip codes they serve on all days. Waiting for 2 days until my zip code delivery is offered is a hassle. This is not on par with other grocery delivery services out there. Satisfactory experience overall !

This week delivery of frozen parotta from myhomegrocers.. spoiled, fungal infested. The same happened 5 months back when I ordered the product, where the business said they are gonna take corrective action, which obviously never happened. Now the owner will say hundred things, that "extreme hot in Dallas", "customer not refrigerating the product soon enough".. but we all know those are big fat lies.. I understand doing business is hard and one of scenarios when this can happen.. but this happening repeatedly only proves that myhomegrocers doesn't do any quality monitoring of their produce and ready to deliver any spoiled items to the customers. Attaching pictures of 1st time purchase of the frozen produce 5 months back and 2nd time purchase last week, both times spoiled, fungal infested.

The store was open on time. Very cool inside and clean except for some type of random sauce splatter on the "Simply Smart" sign above the bagging table. I will definitely add this into my repertoire.

Ordered some frozen food , rotten , full of fungus . Complete Health Hazard. This is an illegal practice and I am going to take legal action against these people. Selling this type of health hazard is punishable by texas law.

Delivery experience was terrible. I was promised 9-12 noon delivery but they called me at 5pm and told me that my delivery will not be made because the courier dropped it off at the wrong address. I was okay with that and told them to cancel my order. Then they call me again at 7pm and want to deliver again. I accepted the delivery because I was 100% sure I’d have to move earth and heaven to get a refund from someone as disorganized as these guys.

Myhomegrocers is such an life saver! They have been extremely dependable and reliable through the pandemic. I have a preference for ethnic foods and spices- their products are inclusive of these needs. I'd highly recommend using their services.

Great service! I like that the people filling your order can contact me with any questions they have. I also like the quick delivery and helpful delivery service. All the people who have filled my orders over the past year have been courteous, helpful and done their best to fill my orders and suggested good substitutions when an item was not available. I highly recommend my home groceries. And I like the high quality of all their products as well!

The best grocery delivery service. I've ordered from my home grocers several times over the last two to three years. I'd say 100% of the time the order is perfect. And the people who deliver are really nice. And most often it comes in less time then they estimated.
