Miracle on 34th Street it isn't! This year we decided to buy our grandson an Xbox X which sells for $499 at Walmart. We've been looking at different places and decided that Walmart has a good extended warranty for less than GameStop. Last Monday we went to a Walmart but they were out of this model of Xbox but said they had 14 at the Stonebrook Walmart. So today we decided to see if we could get it there. When we arrived we told the salesperson that we wanted to purchase the Xbox X. She informed us that she can't sell it to us because they needed it to sell to someone else on the 'Black Friday' $499 promotion, but we could purchase it online and pick it up at the store. When we looked again online we noticed that the online price had changed since Monday from $499 to $699. What we can't figure out is: "isn't it about a 10-year-old getting a present on Christmas?" and "If you're a retailer, wouldn't you rather have a sale now than in the future?"We ended up going down the street and purchasing it from GameStop. I'm not going to be shopping at Walmart anytime soon unless I take up shoplifting.

I placed an online order on Monday morning for same day delivery. Walmart changed my delivery day to Tuesday. On Tuesday my order window was from 12-1pm. At 12:40 I received a text that my order would arrive at 12:44. Then at 12:41 I received a text saying my order was delivered at 12:36 and the image of where my groceries were left was Walmart. So I had to cancel my order and place it again. Once again, I scheduled an advanced deliver for 6-7pm. My order had not arrived so I was calling customer service by 8ish. At 8:30 I got a text saying my order will be delivered by 6:42. Also at 8:30 I got a text saying my order was delivered at 6:30 and the delivery image was a red square. The cs rep asked if I want to place the order again, FOR THE 3RD TIME. I declined and will be taking my business elsewhere. Somewhere dependable.

Trying for over 2 years to keep Walmart on Stonebrook responsible for their trash - pick it up before it blows into our parks and ponds. There is no question, it is their trash - every day we see plastic gray Walmart bags, plastic produce bags, Walmart receipts, etc. Corporate apologizes and promises the local manager will follow-up and will take care of it, NOTHING CHANGES. We have filed several complaints with the city of Frisco, and they say they are following up, NOTHING CHANGES. Have picked up and taken this trash directly to the store manager, NOTHING CHANGES. Disappointing they are such a large company that does not care what they are doing to the neighborhood that patronize their store and do not care what they are doing to the environment. SHAME ON WALMART!

Checkout is a NIGHTMARE!!! There is always only 1 lane open that has a checker. And when I have a full cart of groceries the self check out doesn't have enough room.

I don't expect amazing customer service from Walmart but what I experienced tonight sucked. The cashier at lane 7, at 9:15pm on 10/18 refused to speak to me AND threw my groceries in the bag, breaking a few items. When I spoke to her, she literally rolled her eyes & pretended I didn't exist. She looked extremely mad & was legit throwing the items. I'm not sure what she is going through but someone should talk to her. She looks like she's going to snap. She made me extremely uncomfortable.

Not all Walmarts are the best but this one is halfway decent. The place seems to be fairly stocked most of the time and the employees are friendly. Some of them like to be out of your way and behind the scenes, but it makes things hard when you need to flag someone down to help you with finding something or answering whatever other questions. Something I've been having issues lately is purchasing products that are nearly expired (3-4 days away). That's fine and all since it hasn't expired yet, but man is it a bummer to only be able to grab the milks, cheese, deli meat, etc. that need to be eaten in a short time!

If i could give this 0 stars I would. I found a mirror on sale for $25 online on walmart.com go up there as it's in store only purchase. My coworker and I take our lunch break to come purchase this. The manager at customer service then tells me sorry we go off the walmart app not the website. It's full price. I had a picture of the website with the SKU # and everything with clearance and they wouldn't HONOR their clearance price when it's on their website. NEVER WILL SHOP AT THIS WALMART AGAIN.

Pickup area NEVER answers the phone!!!!!! You must get out of your car and beg them to bring out your groceries. Yet they ask you to stay in your vehicle for a "contactless" experience. How can it be contactless if you won't answer the "call us when you arrive" phone?

I gave online grocery another chance using a different store/location and had to come back to Yelp to give you praise! First experience at other location terrible, BUT your location was Great!!

I just left the Walmart Grocery Pickup on Stonebrook Parkway in Frisco, Texas. I got home and found that the produce was rotten. The organic bananas we black and squishy, the carrots were slimy from age, the milk had an expiration date of tomorrow. What in the world is Walmart doing? I called and got the run-around. They acted like the person that filled my order didn't know about the rotten produce. I am trying to post a picture of the bananas here so you can see how bad it is. Shame on Walmart, especially now when people trust them to select our food that we purchase.

I visited the store early this morning around 6:40am just fir cold medicine...No self check outs where open when asked an employee advised they could not be opened to go the open lane which thier was no cashier..Had to wait about 10 min for a cashier..an in and out run took about 20 min. Tried calling the manga line posted in store no help left me no option but to leave a review

I just had the best Pick Up experience with Department Manager Jamie. She was so informative of the process and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be coming back to this Walmart more!

Great service from staffs especially Scott. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Walmart need more people like Scott.
