Yesterday was my very first time at Modern Luxe, and I chose Shelby when booking my appointment based on my schedule and availability, and WOW!!! I’m so glad I chose her!!! She did a phenomenal job on my color — like AMAZING!!! And she did an amazing job on my haircut. She was very detailed and precise with my haircut!!! The staff was super nice and welcoming!!! I will be back!!!

Ashley is a true gem. She has an unmatched passion for color. She studies how it processes on different hair types etc. If your asking for something that will damage your hair, she will make you aware and give other options

Allie is absolutely phenomenal. I would trust her with my life at this point. I get compliments everywhere I go about my hair & I RAVE about my girl! She is so kind and easy to talk to. I get so excited for my hair appointments because it feels like I’m hanging out with a best friend and I leave with beautiful fresh blonde hair. She knows exactly what she’s doing and always blows me away!! 12/10 experience, she’s the type of girl that I will fly back for if I ever were to move because she’s truly that amazing!!

Jennifer is a true artist! Her coloring & styling of my hair is always on point. I love how she transformed my flat black hair to yummy chocolate with caramel swirls. As long as Jennifer is in Frisco— I would only go to her!

Had the absolute worst haircut I’ve had in a long time. Came here towards the end of Feb and specially asked for a shoulder length haircut with more volume. Not only did the stylist cut it shorter than expected, which I told her after the cut, but I noticed as time went on, I noticed she chopped a lot off from the back. I have zero volume now, way less than I did naturally, because she thinned it out significantly. I’ve had multiple people also comment that it looks like a mullet from the back. It’s so embarrassing.
I would never recommend this place.
Take a look at the lower reviews and notice the owner never reaches out also. That says a lot.

I moved recently to Frisco and needed a new place for my hair and I found it!! I went to this salon for the first time last week and Gillian Miller did an amazing job!! She was very professional and made sure my hair looked amazing!! Very pleased!!

I just love this salon ❤️ I originally reached out to schedule with a certain stylist but she was booked up for an over a month on the days/times I was available. She encouraged me to see a few other stylists that specialize in what I needed so I accepted the offer and I could not have been happier. That was over a year ago and I love Ashley D. even more and more every visit. She is truly talented and such a kind, smart and genuine person. I hesitated putting her name for fear she’d be even harder to get appointments with. But that would be selfish of me. Each time I go, I notice ALL of the stylists - their poise, professionalism and the results their clients have. Beautiful. Everyone gives the clients here 5 star service. They make it a wonderful, luxurious experience and I always look forward to my “hair day”.
