Lazy: they’re not busy. There’s no line. There’s no customers. There’s no phones ringing: but when you call they don’t answer the phone.So you drive over, in this heat, just for them to say in person they don’t have any phones you need even though their last shipment was today. Apparently when Metro sends a shipment of phone, they do not provide an inventory of what they are sending.The franchiser of this location owns the Metro in Princeton which also doesn’t have good new iPhones. This place is a hot mess. Would give zero stars for wasting my gas just because they don’t take phone calls even though they have no customers.

I highly recommend this store, they seem to have good promotions anytime I need a phone. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. And I really appreciate that they help you set up your phone and helped out with transferring my info from my old phone to my new phone. The girls helping me out were very patient and helpful.

I just opened my first phone account, and the girls at this metro were super helpful with setting up my account and setting up my iPhone. They were super quick and very knowledgeable on any questions I had about the phone and the monthly plans metro offers. I highly recommend this store if you need any help.

It's hard to find a T-mobile store that has employees that can and will help you...l drove from Mesquite to Frisco Texas yesterday for help...worked out great...84 miles...and gave the young lady a $ 25.00 gift card to Torches...YUM...

I'm not sure what the problem is here lately but the staff at this location is rude. The manager there is arrogant in answering your question and the staff under management is snappy. It used to be friendly before the pandemic. Either way they should be professional at all times. I will do business elsewhere.

I do not recommend this store at all these people have no personality whatsoever I guarantee you if they were to smile their face would crack . Long story short and I mean long story short these fools are selling phones that are on their advertisement page for free they are charging you they never have no free phones or so they claim but they got a phone they sell you with a price to it. When it's on their web page as switch and receive this device I switched and received more than what I had planned for but still no phone only paying for Sims card and the activation they claim I will receive it on next month's bill we shall see the whole purpose was to go in there get a phone and to use them as my carrier now but none of that happened I'm stuck with my same phone but them as my carrier which I wished I would never have even stopped by that store and dealt with them I will call their home office and explain my situation and hopefully maybe just maybe MetroPCS home office we'll figure out something so that I can get the phone that I wanted without paying boo-kus of money to get it by the way one plus Nord in 200 is a very crappy phone I wouldn't recommend it to no one

I dont recommend this place at all ,i got my new phone from azamzon and wanted to transfer my sim to other phone , but it needed some small changes in settings ,i went to this place to help me on it ,but the lady who was there asked me for 33 $ ,i just google it and it takes me 30 sec to transfer my sim to other phone ,she only wanted to set my new device IMEI number to the sim cart which they have to do it for free ,but she wanted to charge me 33 dollar,
