Jay was fantastic! I told him that I wasn’t buying anything and it didn’t change his attitude at all. He was knowledgeable but not pushy. I found the right mattress/base, and he was able to get it delivered before Christmas, so I decided to buy after all.

Frisco, Tx store horrible service and don’t go there. I was ignored and answered my own question. I walked out while the sales guy played on his desktop computer. Online was and is the best.
