Nicholas knew more about mattresses than I imagined there was to know! He didn’t pressure me to make a decision about my purchase but was there if needed. Very competent and pleasant guy to do business with. Actually. the name posted on Google is my 10 year old grandson. I am Gail Spencer and I bought the mattress!
