Convenience and friendliness are the name of the game here. Fresh meats and produce are abundant. A smaller format store , so less variety than some larger stores, however it's easier to get in and out quickly.

Not sure why, but ordered a custom sandwich and the worker was so rude and dismissive? Ive worked customer service, so I understand bad days but she was just so rude. Took 30mins to make my sandwich when there was only one other order placed. I saw her standing around half the time doing nothing. Its a stupid thing to complain about, but dont waste your time with ordering anything at the sandwich spot or food at that. Kind of a waste of time and bad customer service. Again, im young and have worked retail and food for 10yrs so I get it. But even on my bad days, I was nice to people and wanted to be quick so people could come and go.

Continue to have issues with the deli counter / I recently ordered 1/2lb of BH London Broil, thin sliced. The meat was dry, thick slices and dry fuweighed almost 3/4lb. I ordered 1/4lb BH Turkey thin sliced - I got 1/2lb thick sliced dry meat! I ordered 1/4lbbig BH Swiss, yellow American and Munster cheese - all thin sliced - all came back over or under -/4lb, none thin sliced. All meat and cheeses were sloppy when packaged. This is not an exception, this happens every time! Very disappointing. I don’t have similar problems with any other dept. this is my go to store…but not for deli anymore.

Awful fruits and vegetables section. Watermelons mostly rotten and onions so rotten that bugs all over it and no one cares. It is a shame what this store became.

Tap house is great! The kitchen sucks, they are not like the rest of the Market Streets. They don’t make fresh hot sandwiches at request (burgers, Phillys etc), they don’t keep pizza in rotation once you ask you have to wait 25 minutes, while the only choices of toppings are pepperoni or cheese. I’m disappointed, in comparison to the market street in Mansfield, Frisco can use some training. Business would flourish if they were consistent through out the chains.

They have a great selection of grocery items plus a large food bar to order fresh food. They are not a supermarket in the sense that they have everything you might get in a Target/Walmart, but many of their grocery items are competitive. They even have people to check you out instead of charging you to check yourself out! Unfortunately, this isn't the best location and they don't have that many in DFW, so it can be out of the way for many.

Horrible costumer service at this market street by a guy name Noah. He was giving me a hard time because I need it to return something. They used to have better people at front with better costumer service skills.

Market Street is in an interesting position. This specific store is really well run, clean, and is a good shopping experience from a customer perspective. Yet somehow, it ends up an afterthought for me most of the time - if I need to run in quick to get something, I usually go to Kroger on the other corner. Or for major trips, it's HEB. In the past, I felt like there prices were higher than some other options, but anecdotally it seems like they've become more competitive. I have no negatives to say about this Market Street, yet I don't end up there often for some reason.
Side note: I do recommend Market Streets prepared foods and bakery bread. That's usually what draws me in when I don't go to one of the other options I mentioned.

I usually always have a great experience at this pharmacy. However, after my experience this afternoon, I am very unhappy. I waited 45 minutes in the drive-through line to get to the front where they could not locate my prescription after they located my prescription and I spoke to the pharmacist. I waited additional 10 minutes for them to hand me. My prescription service is absolutely terrible today. Very slow. All I wanna do is get my medicine and go home.

I went in today to get some bread. Bakery looked nice. I grabbed a French baguette, looking at the pack date of the same day. Which means it was put out that day. Got home and the bread was stale and crumbed. At least a day or 2 old. Disgusting. If they repack bread that's cheap, watch out for all of there "fresh made" .
Will never shop there again.

This review is specifically for the bakery. I placed an order for my son’s birthday cake several days before his party and was told I can pick up by 11am on the day of the party. The cake I chose was one of their own designs with adding the words “happy birthday “ to the front of it. Even though it was a simple order, I triple checked details (pointing to the cake on display)- the lady in the bakery assured me we were on the same page. The day of my son’s party, my husband goes to pick up the cake, and they cannot find our order. After about 10 minutes wasted searching for it, the lady says she found it and shows my husband. It is a completely different design than what was ordered/discussed days prior. Our son’s party starts in 30 minutes and we don’t have the cake we ordered because market street dropped the ball! The lady at the bakery tells my husband she can make our cake in 10 -15 minutes! I’ve attached a pic of the sloppy work done. Market street expected us to still pay full price for their mistake. My husband was finally able to get some sort of discount, but in my opinion, it should have been free. When it was time to cut the cake at the party, IT WAS FROZEN. We had a terrible experience with ordering a cake from the bakery.
