I came in on December 23rd. My husband and I got a fun car cart for our boys because it's the best part of going to Market Street for them. I had both boys get out during the checkout to make it easier on the crew and then promised them we would get back in on the way to the car. What I can assume was a female manager came over to our line and took the fun cart and returned with a regular one. I'm not sure the reasoning behind this, but after check out I went over to her and just suggested that next time she ask the customer if it's okay to take the kids cart as my 3 year old was now crying. She told me I could go get it back. I said it wasn't worth it anymore because I'd have to unload my groceries from the new cart and load them into the fun cart, but that for next time she should consider asking. She told me normally she doesn't have to because if they want it they'll go back and get it, but she will for me. I feel like that was her way of getting me out of her face. Not once did she apologize even as my 3 year old was crying in front of her. The guy that checked us out was great and apologized on behalf of her, but I found her to be rude and passive aggressive. When I approached her I was gentle and kind because I understand it's right before the holidays and the place is busy. I felt like I was met with a dismissive and passive aggressive attitude. It really doesn't make me want to go back to a place that, before today, I found quite enjoyable.

Stopped here on a whim and couldn't believe what I found. Thors Hammer...or a Big Piece of meat. I couldn't resist especially since it was marked down about 40 percent in the manager's bin. Just another reason to shop here. Since Market Street showed up in North Texas, I have had an on-again off again, love-hate relationship with these stores. At first, they lulled me into love at first sight with their small, well-stocked stores. Then prices continued to rise along with a few other irritants and I grew away. However, competition lifts all boats as they say. Since the Arrival of fellow Texas grocery competitior HEB in the DFW area, Market Street are busy "sharpening" its competitive tools. That includes remodeling, reorganizing, and repricing most of their area store. Im a fan again and you should be too... Go!

Stopped for dessert, and to my happiness there were oodles and oodles of baked goods. Cookies, Cakes, Doughnuts, Loaves and more. Oh my goodness! A dessert lover's dreamy, sweet paradise.

The customer service at this was lackluster. The staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in helping customers. Furthermore, the waiting time was excessive, making the overall experience frustrating. It's unfortunate that they didn't meet my expectations.

I had a not-so-great experience. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Additionally, the facilities were not well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was lackluster.

So disappointed with bakery freshness! I visited on 4th of July to pick up FRESH cupcakes for my daughters bday that day. To my surprise, every cupcake (and there were zillions) was made/packaged in June 30th. I asked the bakery staff if there were ones fresher than 5 days and they said no. What the heck! I came special the day off only to get 5 day old stale cupcakes. Whose idea was that in the bakery?!?! My daughter was beyond disappointed. Then the $15 decorative cookies I purchased in shape of beach ball and watermelon. They were ROCK hard and my daughters friends used them to throw instead of eat. How embarrassing. Beautiful but this bakery has absolutely lost its magic with respect to freshness.

Amazing prices and great deals. This Aldi is really nice inside. They have come along way from how they looked and the products they sold in the 90s.

Honestly, they have the best breakfast in town! I come here on the weekends for good, hearty breakfast from the hot deli, and leave full! A breakfast plate with a big scoop of migas and potatoes, followed by two toasty biscuits with two heavenly scoops of sausage gravy and three pieces of bacon…all for $6.79! I’m hooked for life! Their lunch menu at the grill isn’t bad, either! I’ll come in during the week sometimes and order a white cheddar bacon burger with warm baked potato salad…my God ??? if you’ve never eaten from the hot deli, you are missing out!

Market Street is a grocery store chain that offers a wide variety of products, including fresh produce, meats, seafood, baked goods, and prepared foods. The store also has a flower shop and a bakery.I have been to Market Street several times and have always been impressed with the quality of the food. The breakfast bar is a great place to start your day, with a variety of hot and cold items to choose from. The salad bar is also a great option, with fresh greens, vegetables, and fruits. The soup bar is a great way to get a quick and healthy meal, with a variety of soups to choose from. The flower shop at Market Street has a wide selection of flowers, plants, and gifts. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and they are happy to help you find the perfect flowers for any occasion. The bakery at Market Street is a great place to find fresh-baked breads, pastries, and desserts. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are happy to help you find the perfect treat for any occasion.Overall, I have had a great experience at Market Street. The food is always fresh and delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the selection of products is impressive. I would definitely recommend Market Street to anyone looking for a great grocery store.

Bakery goods are worth the price. They are fresh and so good. Baked goods do not have that mass production/preservative taste a lot of store bakeries have. Purchased a cake that was vanilla, carrot, strawberry and lemon cake sections to make one 8in cake along with vanilla and strawberry cupcakes for my son's birthday. I was worried about the sections being dried out on the ends but they took precautions to make sure the cake didn't dry out while sitting in the cake case. The cakes and cupcakes were moist and fresh tasting. Like they had just made them.

The quality at Market Street is really starting to drop off. I went in today and bought 6 of their steakhouse burgers, and two of the loco burgers. I should have known something was up with the person working the butcher counter tried to convince me to buy 4 packages of burgers from the cooler. When my daughter and I went to cook the burgers we noticed a HUGE problem. The steakhouse burgers were pressed together unevenly, and weren't bound together very well. Not what we've come to expect from Market Street. We couldn't cook them as is, so we ended up portioning out 10 half pound burgers from the 6 we ordered. Overall... I'm disappointed in the way the burgers were prepared, but the burgers themselves were tasty, as always. It was just disappointing to have to take extra time to prepare a prepared product when you were expecting a quick and easy dinner.

We LOVE the neighborhood feel of our Market Street in Frisco. The employees are extremely helpful and always recognize that we're regulars at the store. They have a store Ambassador named Dave. Dave is quick to stop and chat with you and knows where every hard to find item is in the store. He is an incredible asset for them!

First time in the store today 2/20/23. Product selection was fine, somewhere between an Albertsons and a Whole Foods. The checkout experience however, was not friendly. The checker was friendly and talkative to the person in front of me, but when it was my turn to checkout, no greeting was given, no thank you was given either, and no good bye. Just stuck out her hand to give me my receipt. No eye contact whatsoever. Maybe it's the color of my complexion or the shape of my eyes. I don't make these statements lightly, but having grown up in Texas in the 80s, I know what this feeling is like and it felt the same today. Shame that this is still around in North Texas..

If I could rate this store zero stars I would. By far the WORST experience I've ever had! I will say it was one person in particular, the pharmacist and his name is Jeff. He was incredibly RUDE, AGGRESSIVE & just plain spiteful he had me driving back and forth just to find out he couldn't fill my prescription even after confirming with me an hour before. COMPLETE waste of my time and ZERO consideration. They have lost me as a customer forever! And if I could report him I would!!
