I went in today to purchased markers for bible and I ran across this product. Yummy I tell you. It was so good. A nice little treat while I shop. A wonderful place to shop for bibles and other inspiration items. I love the customer service here. It’s an amazing place to shop.

I recently visited Mardel and had an absolutely amazing experience! ?️✨ The selection of products was top-notch, with everything beautifully arranged and of high quality. ?? The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and valued from the moment I walked in. ?? I found exactly what I was looking for and even more! ??The atmosphere of the store was cozy and inviting, with lovely decor and a peaceful vibe. ?️? When i asked for a specific version of the bible the tall man in the red shirt made me feel judged for wanting that version, after hearing him speak to another guest near me about it, he said if you want that version you should just get a greek or hebrew version and shyed her away from getting it. this is not what i expected from a “christian” establishment and I’ve never been treated like this in other locations.The associate didn’t offer to order or let me know when a good time to check back for it is and had made me feel wrong for wanting to purchase the same version my mom has. he said something along the lines of I don’t know what you people are he Why you want this version…. Either way, get that dude out of there he obviously Isn’t walking straight with god

Nice store, nice products. I love my FireBible that they have. It helps me understand better what the verses say. Very helpful with pictures in it and all. Id recommend getting one of these if you struggle with understanding certain parts of the bible or the JKV where it has Thou, shalt, etc.

Excellent selection, staff, and location! Christian books are always hard to find and I'm so glad this location is easily accessible and reliable for me to get to.I've purchased books, poster, bibles, and craft items from this store and the staff are always super helpful! Mardel's occasionally has discounts that the staff let me know about too.I also had 2 bibles embossed with names and the process is super smooth. Usually just pop over to Hobby Lobby (next door) while we wait for embossing to be done.

Very disappointed to give this place one star but here I am. I just came here after a long time of not being able to because i live over 40 minutes away and I don't have a single reason to come in this direction. But today I made a special trip out here on my day off and I get here and their selection of crosses is just non-existent in the first place which is what i came for. So I looked around and grabbed a couple other little things just because I was here and I might as well make my trip worth it. I'm waiting in line and it's not a problem. There's a little old lady at the counter and they're helping her. But they decide to call over someone to open up another register. Ok, thank you. But the gentleman was very dry and did not interact with me, the customer. Most say hello when you walk up to their register at the very least. And mind you, I work in the service industry so that is why this bothers me. Because that is not the service I give. I absolutely give the highest regard to the people who walk in the door and provide my paycheck. And the other reason why I say this is because when I walked in, I was greeted by one lady to my right and then I heard the cashier on the left greet and then ask the customer if they found everything they were looking for when walking up to the register. But also my biggest gripe was, my total was $11.43 and he couldn't even make change for a $20. Not once did he apologize and say I'm sorry I did not realize this till did not have any change in there, let me call someone over for you. He just kind of looked around confused for a moment and then called a lady over. And she herself did not apologize for this inconvenience either. Yes, she opened up the draw, she took out the $20 bill and she went into the lock box to get change. Neither one of them apologized and that was very off putting. And then the gentleman kind of pushed my change at me and then just stood there and watched the other lady getting more change out of the lock box. I, ME, THE CUSTOMER had to say thank you, have a good day because neither one of them did. But this is a Christian store am I not correct?
