Shout out to Arista! I came in today because my skin texture has changed recently and I couldn’t figure out how to fix my makeup and thankfully Arista took the time to come up with some great options that completely work with my new skin type! :) She was super sweet and efficient and she did an amazing job. Look forward to seeing her the next time I visit!!!!

The issue began when I purchased a gift card from Nordstrom's, only to discover that it had been tampered with prior to my purchase. Unfortunately, the money on the card had been stolen, leaving me with an empty gift card.When I reached out to Nordstrom's customer service to explain the situation and request a refund or replacement, I was met with an unexpected and unsatisfactory response. Despite providing proof of purchase and explaining the tampering, they refused to refund the money or replace the gift card.This lack of willingness to rectify the situation left me feeling frustrated and let down. As a loyal customer, I expected better customer service from Nordstrom's, especially when faced with a clear case of tampering and theft. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for the issue and provide a satisfactory resolution is simply unacceptable.I understand that policies and procedures are in place to protect the company, but in this instance, it feels like Nordstrom's prioritized their own interests over customer satisfaction. It is disheartening to see a company of their reputation fail to stand behind their products and ensure their customers' trust and loyalty.I hope that Nordstrom's takes this feedback constructively and reevaluates their approach to customer service in situations like mine. Not impressed with this store anymore. They have no stock and everything is always picked over. I was there today 2 weeks before Christmas and it was a zoo which is to be expected. Walked in with plenty of holiday spirit and was greeted with Techno rock music blaring so loud you could not even carry on a conversation. No holiday music at all and the decorations were horrible. If they don't want to play holiday music, how about some nice piano music. I felt like we were walking into a night club not an upscale department store. The employees are still helpful but there was no holiday spirit there. Very disappointed! They need to look at what London department stores do during the holiday season. Maybe they can learn something.

I have been to this store multiple times. Each time half the store is roped off for some kind of sale. I didn't even bother to shop around it because it was more than half the store roped off into a maze of places you are allowed to go. I dont care about anniversary sales or what ever holiday it is, I go to shop. Being roped of for a sale happening the next day is ridiculous. Rope things off after hours like other stores.

I endearingly refer to Nordstrom as my mothership. I love the quality, the attention to detail, and the excellent customer service. I don't go to 'the mall,' I go to Nordstrom. I am surpised by the negative reviews I've seen, as I have only ever had good experiences with this establishment. Now, off for a visit!

I used to like coming to Nordstrom because you could count on excellent help finding just what you needed and some things you didn't even know you needed. Maybe Nordstrom has gone downhill or maybe Dallas area Nordstrom stores march to their own beat because good luck getting someone to help you. Might as well be at Target.

lost a sale today i am not from the area and made a mistake of coming to the wrong location but decided to stay since i had made the drive and was there by 11am to beat the afternoon rush . I was in a bind really needed a makeup service for a very important meeting didnt have time to make it to the correct store however instead of welcoming and inviting me to stay i literally only needed a demo to be honest no one was there i was willing to make a purchase of products used on me today to keep up the look but the MUA advised that she was booked but no one was there why offer walk in . Anyways a competitor took me in and was very nice and kind who actually was busy however was extremely accommodating and fun my MUA got the sale! I was beautiful for my event , great customer service goes a long way … just saying

Kelona in mens fragrance went above and beyond her level of customer service in assisting me with a previous cologne bottle purchase that had broken. She definitely should be recognized by management for her great effort in assisting me.

This department store is amazing! They have so many sales all the tim! The kids section is very nice and organized as well as the workers are very helpful and attentive to help you! Great selection of shoes and clothing as well as handbags! Definitely will be coming back.

This location is really going downhill. I came to make a return and was the only one waiting in line at the return area. I stood for about 10 mins while 7 Nordstrom employees in the returns area just stared at me like i was standing there with my package just waiting on them for fun! Rudest people ever. Then some girl finally decided to come up with a annoying look on her face like i was bothering her. Sounded pissed the whole time she was returning my 1 ITEM! Worst customer service I've ever experienced at this place. Please hire some people who actually want to be nice to others

The store manager here was very unprofessional and very dramatic toward me when shopping. She made the experience unpleasant and I will be continuing to shop at the Northpark location. Get better management Nordstrom!!

This location is nice, but the girls upstairs in women's walks right by the customers like they are zombies. No, "hello can I help you find anything" I really needed help too, but the girls are so focused into not looking at the customers. I couldn't find anything, I got overwhelmed and left. Oh well.
