Thank you so much Delaney! I’ve been a Lushie for years so while I was in town I brought my mom in to your store at Stonebriar and she had a blast. I’ve been getting her favorite bath bombs from y’all for years, so letting her pick them out in person was so much fun. Amazing customer and great vibes from this staff. We appreciate you so much. We will be back soon!

I love all the new and different types and options. If it's bath bombs or soaps, I love coming here. It's a bit of a tight squeeze if you have a wheelchair. The stuff they offer is really expensive.

Shoutout to the employees here, walked in for a DoorDash and had no idea what I was looking for. One of the employees saw I was struggling, helped me find my items and I was in and out in 5 minutes!

I forgot what the two girls names were that helped my friend & i about a month ago were but it was in the early evening/ afternoon and my friend & I walked in and it was a nice environment to walk into and one girl in particular was amazing and answered all of my questions regarding skincare and worked with my sensitive nose and I ended up buying and grabbing a cute grab bag filled with lavender and vanilla exactly what I was wanting and more stuff for me & my friend. Kate review but loved our service out there and can’t wait to be back

All the employees were in the back of the store taking selfies instead of helping customers. They didnt greet anyone or ask anyone if they needed help. Customer service was terrible.

I visited the store with my friend and it was very well organized. They quickly offered help. A man with long hair and a beard working there was really friendly and helpful when we were checking out.

I love this place! They have a huge selection of products, from body scrubs, soaps, face scrubs, shower gel, lip balm, and body lotion to henna hair dye and their famous bath bombs. The store smells amazing, and all their products are vegan and cruelty-free. I walked in feeling overwhelmed by all the options of merchandise. The staff greeted me and were available to answer my questions. The soaps leave my skin feeling clean and smooth. They are pricey, so be prepared to spend much more here than another bath store. Your skin will thank you.

I love Lush products but this time I had a terrible experience - while I was talking to a sales person and set my pretzels ( just a cup with covered top, no smell ) on a table in the middle of the showroom, away from products for sale - another associate threw away my items without asking. When I was done with the sales person I turned around to find my items missing. When asked about it - associate referred to safety rules and offered no compensation for the food just purchased. I lost $11 while buying an item for $17. Very upsetting, makes me feel unappreciated as a client.

David at Stonebriar Centre is the Best! The customer service that he gave me for top tier 1. Best customer service and very knowledgeable of the hand and body creams. And all their products.He welcomed me and made sure I was taken care of. Go see David y’all! He will help you to the fullest. Thanks again David you are the Best!
