Curbside and garden center team are amazing at this location! Had to pick up a whole bunch of landscaping materials and those teams were very helpful and patient with my complicated order.

People working here have NO CLUE what they’re doing. Tried to do a simple return and the cashier and manager were both insisting I have to pay a ridiculous “restocking fee” which the website never mentioned. I had a feeling they were just incompetent because whole process up to that point was already taking way too long. I took the item to a different Lowe’s ten minutes away and my return was handled quickly and CORRECTLY with no mention of any restocking fees. Please train your employees how to do their jobs properly and stop wasting customer’s valuable time and trying to steal their money.

Went to return a couple items, return desk on left right as you walk in, two returns counters, both had a customer, no one else waiting. I realized if I remained in line at the 1st return counter to the left, and anyone came in behind me we would start a traffic jam for customers entering the store. The clerk saw me move around to get out of the entrance, another customer came in stood where I was originally. She started helping him knowing full well I had been waiting. I stated the line was behind me, she immediately corrected me and said he was in the correct line. I promptly stated I didn't want it to be a problem and would be happy to let her help him first. She helped me anyways. Funny, when I was walking out the customers were 4 deep, a couple with carts, blocking the pathway for customers entering the building! This marks the last time I will ever shop at a Lowe's as I refuse to lower my customer service expectations. No wonder Amazon is thriving!

Lowes survey had expired but needed to share experience. We ordered a washer and dryer online to be delivered when son moved to Frisco. That morning, only the washer was delivered, but the order online showed the delivery was complete. (Dryer was no longer available). We were certain that a fraud had been done to us. We immediately went to Lowes, Frisco, TX to sort out. The Manager (John Teel) was Amazing! He was calm and spent lots of time going through the online delivery notes. He was able to get a new comparable set delivered the next day and have the washer picked up. It was delivered minutes before we had to leave for the airport. Then after we got home, we noticed that the original order was not fully refunded. Called John again and he had the error corrected immediately. We don’t know what we would have done if he was not involved. We appreciate his hard work and patience helping us with a problem his store was not the cause of. We thought, we had ordered the set through his store. Again, Lowes is very fortunate to have him working for them. Great person. Excellent customer service! Thank you John Teel!

** 6/19 I have had another excellent experience at this Lowe's location and want to let Suzi know how much I appreciate her knowledge, time and customer-focused attitude. She was very helpful in selecting a window shade that we are very pleased with. She was responsive to all questions and called when she said she would. Also want to note that Clint, in customer service, was also very helpful in getting a timely resolution to the only minor issue we had. Both staff members exemplify the great customer service I have experienced at this Lowe's location. I will be back.
We were checking out at the Customer Service Desk on 3/13 and needed to schedule an installation of the item we were buying. Your associate, Demond, was extremely helpful in getting this set up. He had already clocked out but noticed that the associate working with us was having some difficulty with the software to do this, so Demond came over and worked with us until everything was set up and also explained all of the paper work and what would happen next. He truly went above and beyond!

Gina in paints is absolutely amazing! She gave me 5 star service when helping me find my fence paint stain. She took her time and made sure I got the perfect product. This was a huge help as I hate making multiple trips and having to return things that don't work. Someone get this woman a promotion.
