This is my neighborhood Lowe's. I wanted to say that it's always been a great experience coming to this location but one employee that really went above and beyond was Norman. I was having a hard time getting air in my tire and Norman happened to walk by, noticed, and offered to help. He proceeded to help me get some air into all my tires and let me know that the pressure gage was broken and so would not know the amount of tire air pressure in each tire. He then offered and walked quite far to his car to get his tire gage and helped me measure and get air in my tires. He was a lifesaver as my hubby was out of town and my friend and I were totally confused. Thanks goodness for Norman who went out of his way to help! What an exceptional associate!

Province at the front desk was extremely rude and yelled at me, and would not help me with my return process and refuse to help any other customer, and when I asked for a manager the supervisor, John came up and supported his employee and ignored all of the customers corporate needs to come to the store and address the situation as this is a Frisco location and you would expect better customer service send this, but it seems that they hire very poor staff

Staff in Returns department needs to be trained on returning items on an LCA account. Directed me to the pros desk after informing me nothing is pulling up on my account under recent purchases. I told them they needed to scan the items first but told me our account was not pulling up any recent items and that I needed go to the pros desk. I told them they're going to send me back to the return department and told me well nothings pulling up. After going back and forth, I go to the pros desk for them to just send me back to returns. The district manager happen to be there after making my second trip around and she handled my situation in 2 minutes. Scanned the items like I recommended to the other workers. I wasted 45 minutes trying to return 4 items. Our company has been an account holder for 8 years. Please cut down our time on these visit with properly trained staff. Staff members are very friendly in return department, just need to put in more effort when helping customers and listen.

Lordie. What a cluster. Ordered washer and dryer. Delivery people didn't speak a word of English and I don't speak a word of Spanish. Had to communicate via iPhone translation app. Not cool. They forgot to remove transportation bolts from washer. First load of wash caused machine to move so much it locked me out of laundry room by blocking door. Getting replacement has been an exercise in patience. Claudia, Dean, Bill - all employees and all incapable of fixing issues. Just one issue after another. Manager Dean promised it would be delivered on xx/xx. We'll just got a call it's allegedly a day early despite no one available. The saga continues. If you're in Frisco TX and you need an appliance, go elsewhere

If I could give zero stars - I would. I spent over 45 minutes trying to get someone to help me find an item that I needed. I must have spoken to five different people and they all paged someone to come help. I spent another several minutes hitting the help buttons in the area as well. No one. I finally walked the store and found someone and told them to please help - he finally helped and guess what? They didn't even have the item. Even though the inventory showed they had seven. I am more than frustrated at this store. Not even sure why I keep going back. I never get help when I need it. If I could have ordered this on Amazon - I would have.

I order Graeber Shutters and roller shades through this store in June 2022. Every shutter with an arch was ordered incorrectly, but the installer immediately took care of this problem when they were delivered in July 2022. New products were ordered. In addition, one of our roller shades was inoperable. See attached photo. The problem shutters/arches were reordered and installed in August. We are still missing the roller shade, which was backordered. I called Graeber on 9/28 and was told the shade was delivered to the installer in August. What the heck - no communication and it is almost October? The Graeber rep sent a message to the installer (no response) and gave me a phone number so I could also follow up. I did this - but why is this my job? (Also, no response.) If this company had my roller shade for six plus weeks, why haven't they reached out. Also, why do I have to reach out to the installer? Shouldn't Graeber and/or Lowe's be concerned about this? Today, I received a survey from Lowe's asking for feedback on why I cancelled my order. WTF?

Terrible experience at this Lowe's regarding flooring. I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered flooring and they brought defective wood to house. Lowe's deemed it defective. I didn't flinch...I just said we should re-order. They kept on promising certain dates for re-ordering and installing. I had to make a gazillion phone calls. The install department and the store itself have NO communication whatsoever, so get ready to be a full-time secretary. I waited and waited and then a friend suggested I go back to the store and see what was happening. Well, I went in and they had forgotten to re-order. This went on the whole summer. Finally, I cancelled the order and told them to pick up the defective wood..there was one excuse after another. Mind you...I still had thousands of dollars on my bill. I paid a handymen to neatly have everything on a pallet for them...but they were daily...daily making excuses. They did come and pick it up...even pickup was incredibly fouled up. They came and got it..and four hours later another crew came to pick up...and I had to inform the second crew that it was already picked. Thank goodness...I took a lot of pictures of it being done and have copies with friends around the US. I called the billing department and it could possibly take 60 days to see a credit...So it has been months of an ordeal. I certainly wouldn't trust seeing good reviews...it must be friends because all the times I called...I either could never reach anyone or I was put on hold for a long time. There was an even bigger insult that Lowe's inflicted on me that I dare not put in the public forum. If you like months-long confusion, being treated liked nothing, having no work done....and still having tons of charges on your bill....then you should engage this store. Be sure to have headache medicine! How low can Lowe's go? Lower than dirt!

This Lowes has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Good luck trying to call the store and get anyone to answer the phone. The store manager, Jamal I believe, is too busy to be bothered. No one cares...you are ON YOUR OWN HERE.

Bought a glass stovetop on the internet. The site said they had two left in the store, which is why I bought this particular one. Before we were heading down to go get it, a girl called me and said they sold one to a customer and the other one is on display, and they won't sell that one. I asked her to refund my money to my card and she says the card payment was just a hold and it should be there now. I told her to hang on and let me check and she hung up on me. She was very rude during this whole conversation and hanging up just made it worse. Pathetic customer service and will be going to the other large home improvement store from now on as I should have in the first place.
