LOUSY service from beginning to end. I responded to an online ad for a “$15 Logo with “several Valuable Promotions”. Actual price turned out to be more. Sales Rep Aaron considers the formats included and necessary for website, printing, embroidered objects, etc as “valuable”. I placed an order for 500 sheets of company letterhead for a cost of $270 but after I sent my payment Aaron procrastinated a full week then requested an additional $150 to cover their “actual printing costs.” At the last minute I noticed an error in the final proof and Aaron’s response was: No charge to correct the obvious error on the logo but to get the “Vector Files” there would be an additional $65 charge. The final resolution of my $270 refund request was resolved by my bank’s fraud department. Steer clear of Logoprofz.

Many problems in communication. Constant attempts to sell more & more when not finished on what was ordered & paid! I cannot get my logos in the low & high rez without buying more! I am having trouble getting my 5 page website (no content) as I never planned to host here!

The group designing my logo did a great job. Unfortunately, the Logoprofz legal department ruined everything! Jonathan Victor, a paralegal at Logoprofz attempted to get me to pay for legal services by providing false information. He stated that some other company applied for the same trademark name on January 6, 2023 that I applied for back on October 11, 2022 and stated that I needed my application to include an attorney. I checked with USPTO and the only applicants required to have an attorney are companies outside the continental US. Jonathan also said the IRS and some other entity needed to review my application and if they don't, USPTO would reject my application. I contacted USPTO and they said the IRS has no involvement whatsoever in USPTO matters. The USPTO stated that this was a red flag solicitation attempt and that I should cease all communication with Jonathan Victor. Once USPTO receives your trademark application, all other applications for the same trademark will be "suspended" until the original (first) application is processed.

Took a great deal of time to get the first draft. First draft was in my opinion. Very amateurish. Multiple iterations requiring months of time. And of course after months of time, it's hard to throw that away and start over with someone else. I really wish I had. The small amount of money down was nothing compared to what they started asking us for afterward.First was some sort of security protocol that was very expensive. We took the bait and paid for the security protocol. We were suspicious, but we're so busy launching our business was difficult for us to spend time on due diligence. Then came a claim that our website didn't conform to the Americans with disabilities act. To bring it in conformance with that, a huge price tag. And they claimed some entity called the world wide Web was going to shut us down if we didn't pay them thousands of dollars. That one smelled enough that we looked into that. Called another company one that everybody's going to recognize their name so I won't mention it here. Got this straight scoop from them, and yes, they charged a low four-figure fee to take care of us. But no shenanigans and it was done. Do yourself a favor, pass by any and all of these companies that you see advertised in social media or any of these such places.

Paid £89 for a logo with unlimited changes. Never received. Kept being promised money returned. Nothing! Absolute scam artist. Do NOT use!

They created a logo that I am delighted with. It's a breeze to collaborate with them. They reacted immediately to all of my emails and took my advice. Revisions were also made as instructed. This encounter has exceeded my expectations.

Had a design I wanted to improve on. Found logo profz online. Looks legit. They said for $69, I will get 3 designs (based on my original), jpeg format, etc. I approved one design and person I'm talking to already started up selling me for $150 to get all the formats he said so I can use the design to print, etc. I said give me what I paid for and I will think about the additional. After a few days and no delivery, somebody texted me that I need to talk to their legal department to get copyright/trademark of the design. A bunch of scammers. I'm starting a small business and these heartless people can't think of anything but to milk money out of you. They are holding my logo "hostage" for more money. I said keep the $69 and I'm never doing business with them. Beware. I don't think they're even in US. Guy has a thick Indian accent. I check their address in US, doesn't even exist.
