I love the Loft but this location is not very friendly. I don’t know if there was a change of staff when they moved location but it has gone downhill the last few months.

First time shopping at loft, definitely recommend this store at stone briar, the ladies working there are very nice, specially Victoria she was very lovely and sweet, she help me out a lot. I’m definitely going back.
