Their customer service has been poor. The latest interaction they promised a delivery of an order on a specific date. On that date called them and they said soon. A few days later called again and they have no idea. Not impressed.

I had a very odd experience here recently when I was looking for mattresses. I expressed multiple times that I was not looking to purchase that day and was simply shopping around the city and doing research. After finding a mattress I liked at the store ,the associate insist she put me in the system, I was fine with that because I thought she was writing me a quote. I also explained again at this time that I was not purchasing that day. She then hands me a paper to sign, with no explanation, I’m assuming this was the sale contract but the terms were hidden beneath and she explained nothing to what I would be signing. I pushed back because I was not comfortable signing anything when I was not ready to buy yet and this is when she claimed she didn’t know I was not purchasing today. I expressed this no less than five times. This could have been an innocent mistake but I can’t help but to be a little weirded out by the encounter and the lack of explanation for what customers are signing. There was also a really weird reaction when I passed another worker and he found out I wasn’t purchasing that day. I don’t think I will be back given the lack of transparency and my off putting experience in the store.

We bought a full matching patio set that was being discontinued Friday night and part of it was being delivered Sunday. The end tables they sold us were not actually in stock and were not delivered on Sunday. Now we are stuck with a patio set that will not match and we cannot return. Both customer service and the store were not accommodating on fixing this issue for us.

My husband and I purchased a sofa from Living Spaces. The sales people were friendly but not overly pushy. They gave us time to look without hounding. When we made our decision, we were helped quickly and efficiently through the purchasing process and we were out of the store in no time. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Bought several thousand dollars worth of home furniture goods in February 2025 for our new home. Their furnitures are in good condition except for their cloth based couches. Threads started coming out very bad after few months of usage. Their warranty does not cover that, as they call it a normal wear and tear. Another biggest scam from this store is their zero percent interest offer. They don't explain you about their deferred interest charges and it is nothing but cumulative interest charges after their promotion period. Basically, the interest charges is calculated on the original balance when you signed up, when you have non-zero balance after the promotion period. It could be even as low as $5. For instance, if your original loan is $20,000 and if you had couple of thousand dollars balance after the promotion period, their affiliated bank Synchrony Bank will charge you interest on the original $20,000, which will be close to $7,000. I had to pay $6,500 interest for a balance of $3,400 after their promotional period. Tried to resolve this issue with both Synchrony Bank and Living Spaces but they wold not do anything about it. I will never do business with them in future. Not a honest way to do business. Stay away from them.

Came in to purchase a sofa , was told by a salesperson to visit the cafe for drinks and snacks. I was greeted by a young lady name Jas very nice and a fellow name Zach was very rude and impolite. I decided to just leave because I did not like the way he spoke to me or Jas telling her he would take over the order which she was already helping me with. He was very disshelved looking.
