I enjoyed shopping with Living Spaces. It felt good not too be hounded by a cluster of sales associates compared to competitive furniture stores. My sales associate Pamela was professional, and knowledgeable. A huge perk is that had I been prepared I could have received same day delivery. An amazing consumer experience. Very happy customer.

Great and beautiful furniture, the store is laid out nicely. I’m happy with my product except for the lack of transparency with the “Care Free Plan”. I paid extra for this and I was told that we would get a free cleaning whenever we wanted as long as I owned the couch. Fast forward, we need a cleaning and apparently they don’t do cleanings and the warranty department says I don’t qualify for a claim. I don’t get why the salesman isn’t trained to fully explain with the truth instead of just trying to get people to buy additional warranties.
We were also told we were supposed to get a cleaning kit with our sectional and we never received this. So now we have to the store 1 hour away to try to get a mediocre cleaning kit.
If you value transparency and quality customer service I would not recommend.

Special ordered a swivel chair 6+ weeks ago and was told delivery takes 4-6 weeks. Called today because it was the week for supposed delivery, come to find out they extended it to 10/26-11/4. I was never notified that there were issues, and they just decided to move the expected delivery date. I canceled my ordered and will not return back. If I would have been informed and communicated with, this could have went a different route.

This has been our first (and last) experience with Living Spaces. We purchased a couch on 8/30 and were told in the store on the day of purchase that it would be delivered on 9/20. 9/20 rolls around and I have cleared my schedule to be home, waiting to hear from the delivery people. Around noon, I called living spaces to ask them when I should expect delivery and they said that the couch is not finished yet and that it takes 5-6 weeks to be completed and then scheduled for delivery. And that they will reach out between 10/14-10/28 to schedule delivery- a FULL MONTH after anticipated delivery. When I asked to speak to the customer service agent’s manager she stated they do not have managers or a direct line to the store and that we would need to go into the store to file a complaint. The main issue I have is that the paperwork that we signed said “21 day fabrication” but her records show “5-6 week fabrication” - that is a big difference. Not to mention we donated our old couch in anticipation of receiving this new couch today. So now we are couch-less for a few weeks. Her horrible attitude paired with the company’s complete lack of customer service has ensured that we will never purchase another item from this store.

I purchased a couch back in 2021 with living spaces and I have had problems with it ever since. I have filed 2 claims and have had no luck with any help… fast forward to 2024 I have a rusty spring stuck out of the bottom where you sit, sagging cushions, weird cracking noises when you sit, and fabric/velcro is ripping. I tried calling again today to file a claim because it’s unacceptable at this point/no help through the warranty claims and the 1st person said “no,no,no you don’t have a warranty anymore you only have a year” even though I told him I purchased an extended warranty. After he realized that he told me he’s unable to help me I have to call a different number so I call. The lady I spoke to through the other phone number said you have to do it online and that she’s unable to help me over the phone. Terrible customer service and warranty options.

My boyfriend and I love this store. We’ve bought 10 items here since about February 2024 for our new home in Melissa. We stopped by on Saturday to check out their wall art. We’ve bought a couch, book case, office desk, coffee table, 2 end tables for the living room, dining table, buffet table, curio cabinet, and 2 rugs with 1 rug pad. All very good quality with no complaints. They always have great customer service, and clean bathrooms, so thank you!

The whole experience was so easy and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for! Ruthel was amazing and made us feel like part of the family! She answered all of our questions and even went the extra mile to show us different swatches and different pillows so that we could envision the piece in our home. We will definitely be back for future home furnishings!
