One of the worst pharmacies I had to deal with. They take forever to answer a phone call, once they answer they have a bad attitude and they are not helpful at all. I waited 9 days for them to ship my prescription, once they did they sent it to the wrong address. They don’t even bother on checking your information is correct in the system. I told them I was traveling and I needed my prescription expedited, but instead they decided to take their time. Not sure why my doctor is choosing this pharmacy, I had to be chasing them for more than a week. They are ridiculous!

This pharmacy is fantastic! They have medications ready efficiently, and promptly communicate with you for pickup or delivery. And their price for some meds beats traditional pharmacies. Highly recommend!

I use the free delivery that works perfect and super convenient. I have dogs and gates so there are some rules and everything has worked perfectly. When I have a question and call I get through right away and everyone is very friendly. Very happy with the service.

My opinion has gone down quickly. Everyone I've spoken to has been very sweet, but there is clearly a more broad issue. Earlier in the year they did not communicate with me when they stopped carrying one of my prescriptions - leading to a month long delay in me being able to receive the medication.My new pharmacy has sent multiple transfer requests that have been ignored, even after I was promised over the phone they would go through.You have to communicate with them on the phone. They have long waits and only operate during typical workday hours, making them absurdly difficult to get a hold of.

I’m so grateful I found Legacy Pharmacy through my provider. They’re so attentive to detail and helpful when I have questions. Such a helpful perk to have free delivery all over the metroplex.

I love this pharmacy. The staff are very polite when they talk to you on the phone. They take their time to explain things to you. I really love the cute little welcome package they sent the first time I received a prescription. Delivery is always on time and drivers are very polite. I've move nearly all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love Legacy Pharmacy! They are one of very few pharmacies where I can get my son’s ADHD meds and they’ve always been extremely accommodating and helpful. Because we live on the west side of Fort Worth and they are located 58 miles away in Frisco, they have a delivery service that delivers the medication to my house, free of charge.In the last year, the medication has been somewhat hard to find and there were several months recently when Legacy couldn’t fill the order for us, so I had to go elsewhere to get it. I used 2 other pharmacies, and one required me to pickup the medication in person the first time, before they would deliver it to me. The 2nd did the same, but they also charge a fee for delivery. Legacy has been the most accommodating and easiest pharmacy to work with, hands down. Thank you!

This is my first time using the service and it has been great. Great customer service, timely delivery, and I like the reminders that it’s time to fill my prescription and am I ready. It’s great!
