I live in Frisco and only go to Legacy Car Wash. I trust their machines and belt with my truck and they are the only ones who help hand dry after tunnel. Vacuums are usually all functional and clean.

Worst place ever!!!
They charged me double for my monthly car wash and refused to give me my money back, 2 weeks later they refused service BCS they say my card wasn’t on file and they couldn’t collect payment (somehow payment was due 2 weeks later) and now they charged me again. So in 30 days I got charged 3 times for 1 car wash!
I can’t wait to cancel this bs service!

I had an outstanding experience at this car wash! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my car looked spotless. The attention to detail was impressive, and the wash itself was thorough, leaving my vehicle shining like new.
A special shoutout to Charles, the General Manager, who was incredibly welcoming and professional. He ensured that everything ran smoothly and even checked in to make sure I was satisfied with the service. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here.

Expert level car wash and detailing. These guys know what they’re doing. Complete professional service from start to finish. I’ve brought my truck in for interior and exterior cleaning several times and have always found great service. The crew is detail oriented and they treat your vehicle as if it were their own.

I had a disappointing experience at Legacy Car Wash with their detailing service for my Porsche. Before purchasing the package, I confirmed that the service would include a thorough cleaning inside and out, including the tires and a shampoo clean. They assured me that the higher package would meet my expectations, but I was offered the minimum package, which was less than $70. I insisted on a more comprehensive service, clearly outlining my needs, and was assured it would make the car look like new.
After three hours, the car still had dirty spots on the exterior, the tires are dirty, the trunk was only wet and still dirty, and there was a new stain on the trunk. To make matters worse, I discovered scratches on the car that were not present before. When I brought these issues to the manager’s attention, he claimed the stain was just water and seemed dismissive about the scratches. I ended up paying $154 for a service that was no better than a basic wash priced at $66. I would advise against spending money here, as the service does not match the promised quality and caused additional damage to my vehicle.
