Cute store with fun options. The store is small but packs in a lot. They have more squishmallows than I've ever seen! Some STEM options, which is what I was looking for. Legos, too. Prices seemed somewhat inflated, though.

While the staff are nice, I would avoid this place for any large orders or orders where you are purchasing on deal. You have to pay very close attention to ensure they properly give you any deals. Given their strict return policy, and yoir inability to see how they ring up your order, you have to just trust they have it right when you pay. Ultimately you are looking at taking a lot of time and back and forth with staff.

I have purchased 2 items for my kid. One was good quality, but the other one was not. Tried to return the product, but they mentioned they don't take any open box returns.I was Disappointed, at least they should have given me an option of store gift card that way I would have brought something else. That remains unused now.

This store is great for last minute gifts, plus they offer complimentary gift wrapping! The sales associates are helpful without being pushy.

Absolutely loved it here!! The staff were super nice. There was a lady named Sunny who help me pick out wonderful gifts for my god child. She explained each gift in detail which I loved!! They also let me feel the samples of slimes there before buying one which is very helpful. I would highly recommend coming back!!

While my kids love this store, I am rather disappointed with my most recent interaction here. They couldn’t exchange or provide any alternative to fix a slime that we purchased from them yesterday. It was clearly old and damaged but they kept referring to their policy to not accept slime returns and never paid attention to the fact that it was an old and didn’t stretch at all. The representative said she had a store to run and left it that. Is it really our problem if their product is damaged???? I am stuck with it because they have a store to run. I can’t see myself trusting them in the future.

We bought an electrical circuit in this shop.But it didn’t work at all..Tried returning it with all the parts but they didn’t accept it back!Said it was opened and it can’t be returned..I mean how will you know if it works without opening????VERY BAD RETURN POLICY…If you buy anything from here please check them in the shop itself…Maybe then it’s their fault!!!
