Its been 7 Years we are taking our dog to Lazy Paw. They are patient, thorough with examination and are very friendly staff. I have recommended them to all my friends with pets!

We moved here last year and found LazyPaw. It’s always hard to find a new vet and LazyPaw has been great. All the vets and techs are friendly and helpful! The office is very clean and I never have problems getting in for appointments.

Great service, friendly staff! They have provided guidance for almost a decade for our 15 year old border collie (check-ups, allergies, stomach issues, teeth cleaning etc) Outstanding!

Extremely disappointed with LazyPaw. I had both my dog and my cat going here. We do not live close but since we loved it here was still willing to drive from Aubrey since we loved it and always got great care. I called about getting my dog back in to see them for a visit as it had been a couple years and to get her nails trimmed she is a big dog and refuses to let anyone do them, the last time we were in, they couldn't do it and nothing would work and they said the only way was to sedate her. We really didn't want to do that so we said we would think on it. Well she is uncomfortable and so I called to try and do that Valerie who was not very nice told me they don't do sedation for that anymore said you will have to go to a groomers. I explained that would not be possible as there is no way she will let that happen and she is very uncomfortable walking and I needed help with her. She was rude and not helpful at all, told her the Vet that we saw said that was the only way we would be able to do it, the she proceeded to tell me that the one we saw was no longer there. I said okay can you please have someone call me back that I can talk to, I mean you are our vet and we need help with our pet? She said sure. That was last week and we got NO CALL!! So we decided to go with another vet that was recommended by a friend alot closer and I called again to see if I could talk to the staff manager of course she was out to lunch. I said okay can you have her call when she returns, and I said can you send me the records on my dog and cat please. So they send me the records. So they not only did not call me back again, there was a note on the records that I called very upset and all that I said and needed a call back last week on my chart. I like how it was all written out on my dogs chart but no call was given to me. If they cared at all about my dog and helping at all they would have called me and advised anything. They obviously do not care about animals. Its to bad the vet we had while we were there isn't there anymore because he was amazing. Extremely disappointed in the lack of service and caring they showed in making sure that we had what we needed, or to try and help us in any way, instead they just wrote a note in the chart. lol

We have been going to Lazy Paw since they opened. Love all the staff there they are amazing. Highly recommend them for all your vet needs.

The staff at Lazy Paw have taken care of our dogs since they were puppies. Now they are seniors, and they still give excellent care. Unlike a lot of veterinarians in the area, they are very reasonably priced. All of the doctors are great. They really care about your pets. Highly recommend.

LazyPaw has great people working there who seriously care about the quality you, and more importantly, your pet receive. We use Dr. Lentz for our cat, and she’s been nothing but top notch in quality of care, compassion, and medical knowledge.

We've been taking our dogs to Lazy Paw for 10 years. The staff has always been courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. They don't push unnecessary procedures and have always been upfront with options and possible outlooks.
