Staff was friendly, this is the quickest I have been in and out for labs! Super thankful for the staff being patient with my order not being in right away with my doctors office. 10/10 !

I choose this place for my blood analysis because it was close to my home. Check in kiosk took 5 min, then immediately I was called. The nurse lady called Dominique was professional. She did everything efficient, exact and quick. The whole visit took around 10min. Thank you very much. I recommend this Lab for your analysis. I wish everyone good health and success to this Labcorp.

Was pretty quick. Think the auto check in took the longest. Waited maybe 5 mins after check in. Nurse was good at taking my blood. Quick & painless.

When you travel a distance to arrive before 4:00 pm. It is not cool to lock your doors at 3:55pm. Not cool.

Wonderful experience. The office was clean, well air conditioned, and well set up for check in. I came in with no appt, the front desk gal was so kind and helpful. I wish I would have got everyone’s names but didn’t. All I can say is they were quick, efficient, so kind and I will be back when I need any work done.

they have no sense of customer service at all. The staff members were dismissive, impatient, and treated me with utter disrespect. It's shocking to see such massive complacency in a supposedly reputable labcorp .I couldn't help but feel unwelcome from the moment I stepped foot inside.The lack of professionalism was evident not just in their attitudes, but also in their performance. It seemed like they were more interested in socializing amongst themselves .I sincerely hope that the management takes some serious steps to address these glaring issues. It is clear that there is a huge gap between their reputation and the reality of their customer experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and given the level of service that matches the name and stature of Labcorp company.In conclusion, my visit to this labcorp was a complete disappointment. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before choosing to patronize this labcorp .The lack of professionalism, rude staff, and overall low-quality experience make it a place to avoid. There are far better options available elsewhere that offer genuine customer service and value for money.

Super easy to check-in and we were out in less than 10 minutes, no appointment. The staff was friendly and extremely efficient and the check-in process was very simple.

Went around 10:30, the self check-in made it really simple. The front desk lady called my name within 15 minutes. She was really sweet & we briefly discussed the music that was being played (totally nostalgic). The lady who was to draw my blood escorted me back , had 7 tubes done & had me out within 3 minutes. I feel like a champ ??

Front desk workers seemed annoyed that we were there. Like they had more important things to do which consisted of chatting amongst themselves. Called 3 times before arriving to confirm something with no answer or call back, so was turned away upon showing up.

I signed in inside in a deserted lobby at a kiosk at 2:45 and waited in a comfortable place as prompted by the kiosk, outside in my car for a text that it was my turn. They locked their doors at 4pm. I was very upset that I had not been notified as expected. I asked a lady exiting the building why I was never notified. She informed me that I was to wait inside. So why did I have to sign up for text alerts then? She was very rude and dismissive letting me know that she was off the clock.I have been to several LabCorp locations and never received this kind of service before. I’m just so floored and frustrated by it. I now have to reschedule an appointment on a workday during my lunch break to try to get this lab work taken care of closer to work. I will not be going back to this location again.
