Customer service is horrible and they do not stand behind their products. First my furniture was delivered damaged. Broken leg on console, gauge in leather chair, scratches on side table and sofa table and the sectional was damp, some places wet. I immediately called the salesperson and sent photos but his manager told him it was out of their hands, had to deal with customer service. Customer service calls 5 days later and scheduled someone to come out in a week. That person came out and still no follow up by customer service 10 days later. In addition the quality of the sectional is poor at best. Wavy piping and cushions have no substance. The show room pieces did not look like this. I feel like I was duped into thinking I would get the same quality. I will never buy from La-Z-Boy.

I bought a sofa and 2 recliners. First off, the sales person , Amanda, kept changing what she would tell me. She told me there was 10% more off by paying cash and not financing then she changed to that was not true. I decided to purchase anyway, but after delivery , I decided I wanted to return for a different sofa and recliners because it was too large for my room. The sales person said I had three days which it had only been 1 day. I kept texting and calling my sales person Amanda. She did not respond, but I finally received a text from the manager of the store, Terry. He told me I could return the recliners with a restocking fee, but I could not return the sofa because it was a final sale. I texted him back that there was nothing stating this was final anywhere, but no response. No where on the sofa, ticket or anywhere did it say final sale or special price. It was the regular sale that they had advertised in the store and on internet!!! They are not truthful at all and to me, honesty matters more than anything!!!!

Horrible Customer Service! I ordered furniture mid April, was told it would be a few weeks before delivery. I called the store in May for update, no update available. I called the store twice in early June to get an update, and was told they would contact me when an update was available. We FINALLY received a phone call from the store manager this past Sunday, June 23rd saying our furniture would be delivered Wednesday, June 26 and I would receive a phone call Monday with my delivery window. I didnt receive a phone call all day Monday so I called the store at 6:30 Monday evening to inquire, and was told the phone calls come out at night once the routes were made. Never got a call! Called the store yet again Tuesday morning....guess what? They couldn't find my order, so no delivery!! I would have to wait another one to 2 weeks for delivery! So, my furniture is paid in full and setting at a warehouse somewhere. Unacceptable on all levels! You would think that being a "high end" company, the service and communication would be on a higher standard. What makes me so upset over the whole ordeal is that all I've gotten is an "I'm sorry, I understand". I've been in Customer Service / Sales for a long time and this is not the way to do business!
Update: I received a call on the 25th to let me know that after "pulling strings", I would get my furniture on the 26th. In fact, I did receive my furniture today! Would I purchase from this store again? Probably not!

Be aware of Lazy Boy furniture in Frisco. I ordered a sofa. The first part of February changing the fabric to one of three which would not increase the price. I was told it is a special order, but not really as choosing one of the three fabrics is pre-cut fabric for the sofa so should arrive in 6 to 8 weeks. Visited them the first part of March and was told it was shipping on March 18 so I figured a couple weeks. Call back a week ago and was told I should get it the end of May. Come to find out they did not and do not even have the fabric. I explained I wanted a full refund as they don’t have the fabric. they offered me half only because it is kind of a special order. I told them because they don’t have the fabric that I expect a full refund. They said no so I am going other avenues to get my money. Very poor Customer Service no one is going to cheat me. Supposedly they would have an answer for me today whether I could get the full refund or not, but guess what I didn’t hear a word.

I had excellent service. My wife had surgery and needed a comfortable chair. A salesmen waited on us and sold us a chair, with extended warranty. Their pics for this location is kind of misleading, almost went elsewere due to me believing through photos that they didn't have a big chair inventory to pick through. My only desire for La-Z-Boy is to come up with a comfortable soft chair, that is not so firm like the other chairs (for larger people) with cup holders and usb ports. Also a quicker way to have furniture delivered instead of picking it up at your warehouse all the way south of Dallas is good for folks that live nearby. We live in the very far north and took us over an hour to pick it up.

Very disappointed with the quality of the items for the price we paid. Ordered a sectional sofa and ottoman as well as an area rug, entertainment console, side table, dining table, and chairs. Many items arrived with nicks in the finish. Decorative pillow began fraying shortly after delivery. Items were initially delivered 4 months after we ordered, which was not too bad. Now it is 6 months after our initial delivery, and we are still dealing with issues. We are having ongoing problems with the dining set. First table had a big indentation, and they agreed to replace it. Next table that was delivered has an actual fingerprint in the stain. They took that table back and re-delivered it a few weeks later. Somehow it's gotten worse, and the part that stores the leaf won't close right. I cannot believe we are dealing with this issue after paying THOUSANDS of dollars for this furniture. Would not recommend. Huge headache!

PURE JUNK. My father spent an exorbitant amount of money for two recliners, one of them for my mother who is on HOSPICE. One month later, the recliner doesn't recline. The remotes doesn't work. So Dad and my brother go back to the Frisco store yesterday and were told the chairs have a 10 day warranty. TEN. DAYS. For chairs that cost thousands of dollars each. My whole family is disgusted with lazy boy and this is causing a lot of pain for my mother.Shame on you, LaZBoy of Frisco!!!! I'm blasting you on every social media!!

Found the chair I wanted and sat down with the sales rep to make the purchase. I was told I was getting the last one in stock. It wasn't until the last minute, when another salesperson said something, that I discovered I was getting the floor model, at full price. Very scammy. Will never go back.

One year and one week since order placed - still no furniture. ??? NOPE ... JUST NOPE! Excellent customer service! .... I have changed my mind .... ordered our furniture Jan 2022. Here it is Nov with no furniture in sight. We called the store where we purchased and they transfered us to another store. Our sales person is never there - who said 4 to 6 mths maximum for delivery. However, the disclaimer in fine print ... no guaranteed delivery date AND no guarantee of color match to what was ordered. I am beyond disgusted. I wish we had never ordered furniture from LaZboy.

Do yourself a favor and don't go! I wish I had read these reviews before I went in. Customer service is non-existent for starters. They are not upfront about delivery estimates and they don't update you. You have to call month after month to check on late items. All their policies are geared to their advantage. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction , only their money. (sometimes half upfront and non-refundable). We put a deposit on a sofa that was supposed to be in by Sept. When it was not in by end of Nov., with no time given, I cancelled it. Problem is, we special ordered an ottoman to match the sofa. We were told we could not cancel it without forfeiting half. Now, 6 month later, we have a $900 ottoman we don't really want in the middle of our Livingroom. One corner doesn't even have as much stuffing as the other 3 do. We also weren't told that we would have to drive to South Dallas to pick it up by appointment. It was almost an hour each way!

Do not buy from here. They do not honor their warranties anymore. Have had lazyboy furniture for almost 30 years. Bought the latest sectional that mainly my husband uses. One section the springs failed. They will NOT fix it unless we bring them the piece of furniture. Who does that?
