Bought a 5000$ chair a year ago and the remote went out so i went back and asked if i could have another remote. Some snotty little kid acted like that i was dumb for coming in. Saying this is a retail store not a repair center. Ok im smart enough to use my power probe to diagnose the chair.... go to farmers branch store they were helpful and scheduled a repair for me

Seat was damaged. They came over replaced it with one that was worse. They picked up the chair brought it back in the same condition. I would not buy another chair from expensive Lazy Boy.

We have always heard good things about the quality of La-Z-Boy products and when we were in the market for a new recliner as a result of our old one wearing out we decided to check them out. Our expectation was that the prices would be much higher than we wanted to pay, but it turned out that there was a sale on which significantly lowered those prices.
Long story short, after checking out a wide variety of options, we ended up buying two very different recliners both of which fit our space well from both design and footprint standpoints. And ultimately we got them for reasonable prices. We were very pleased with the results of our visit to La-Z-Boy.

The store was very nice and Casey was super helpful! I picked out a loveseat online and wanted to try before buying and he assisted in picking out a fabric that not only felt good, but was pet safe to avoid my cats claws getting stuck in the weaved loops!

The store is so over packed it is impossible to get an idea of what anything would look like in an uncluttered area. Way too overcrowded!

Our sales person was great and we love our sofas BUT when it delivered in April I did not notice the leather was cut with a box cutter. It was hidden unless it was in the reclined position and only if someone was sitting next to me on the inside. We noticed it this week and even though we purchased the warranty they will not cover it, even though I only want it patched or something to make sure it doesn't tear. So when you receive it look at every inch of it.

Easy purchase after testing out styles and features. We looked at other brands elsewhere but came back to LaZboy because of the reputation and durability of the 2 chairs we were replacing that lasted over 18 years.

My 87 year old Mom and I had a wonderful experience with Terry, the store manager. Their Frisco store is beautiful and the professionalism and kindness exemplify what a genuine sales experience should be. We will be back for another recliner soon!

Very disappointed. Bought several pieces of furniture delivered just over a year ago. A couch and a love seat, where we typically sit, the cushions are sinking and LazBoy basically says, too bad. They can do nothing. We have another LazBoy sleeper that we’ve had for over 10 years and it as held up fine, which is why we returned to LazBoy in the first place. We spent thousands of dollars for this furniture. Be careful if you decide to buy from them.

Horrible, non-existent support from the store manager and customer service manager on personal property damage that occurred during the delivery. Use a different store or explore other brand options. These guys only care about the sale.
