Holy cow! This gym is horrendous, makes me sad because all I want is a nice place to exercise but everything is always broken and current management isn’t great at all.Also these google reviews do not reflect the gyms current environment.Do better by your patrons La Fitness…

I was visiting to potentially enroll in a new membership here. They have the worst customer service. I signed up for a trial pass but their sales associates are not in at an appropriate time. And front desk staff is rude and tells you to come back later. I wasted my time to visit there twice with no luck. I would rather just find a different gym.

I wish there was a zero stars option. Please do yourself a favor and don't join this club or any LA Fitness. Horrible customer service. Extremely difficult to get out of a membership. Staff members appear to be uninformed about their own policies as I’ve been given incorrect information numerous times. I was told my membership was cancelled 6 months ago but have continuously been getting charged for it. Apparently their actual policy states that you have to physically go into the venue to cancel. However I was not told this. Continuously interrupted over the phone while trying to respectfully express my frustrations. STAY AWAY FROM LA FITNESS!!!!!

Update: Google continues to remove my photos showing the dirtiness of the facility. Apparently, it is an automated process and it thinks they aren't relevant. I have tried to post the cleanliness photos over a photo with stair steppers in the background so that hopefully they make it to the review. No telling how many other relevant photos are deleted.Positive: This location offers a lot of great amenities such as the sauna, (rare in our area) and the indoor swimming, in addition to your basic gym equipment.Negative: This location is filthy. I'm not a germaphobe by any means, but this place is gross. See pictures. I have never once seen a cleaning person come through the main space and wipe anything down or do the floors and it shows. Surprising for a newer location. Additionally, 50%+ of the stairsteppers are always out of service. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to cancel my membership. I never saw me having to cancel based upon cleanliness, but I leave here feeling gross and not in a good, sweaty gross way. One last comment, this is not reflective of all LA Fitness locations. The one off of Greenville Avenue in Dallas is amazing. It is just too far from me. As a few other reviewers have said, this location is a waste of potential.

I claimed a free 3 day trial after finding out they had a pool because I haven’t swam in a while. Not even 2 days later I contracted ringworm on my neck from the nasty pool. 2 big rings on the back of my neck after swimming there for 3 days. I highly doubt that pool is regularly cleaned. People were walking out of the sauna straight into the pool drenched in sweat which is very selfish and gross. Unacceptable and disgusting

This location is supposed to open at 8am on Sundays, which is already too late (IMHO). No excuse for no one being here and it's after 8:30. Very unprofessional.* It's now after 9am and still no one is here.

I'm not much for writing a review, but I had to today. Usually, I give people the benefit of the doubt. Still, this place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered, which is one of the many reasons why I'm canceling my membership.The people at the front desk are rude and have a terrible attitude. Why, as a business, would you place people like that as the face of your business? The gym is dirty, and the equipment is not well-kept. Avoid joining LA Fitness at all costs. For the young African American man with the fake color contacts and neck tattoos, I will pray for you. You must be in great pain if the way you interact with people is so negative.
