This location has the best customer service. I don’t know that I’ve ever had a car service spot that I frequently return to besides this location. They’re always professional and friendly and the waiting room is a nice atmosphere.

They took my vehicle into the bay and then came to tell me an alignment would be over two hundred dollars. I declined, telling the technician that was double the usual price. Shame on you Kwikar on Legacy! I am a gal who does her homework and you thought you could rip me off. Shame!

Let this be a lesson to me and anyone else who isn't all that knowledgeable about cars: always get a second opinion. I let Kwik Kar talk me into spending $2,000 on repairs, and then they told me that my wheel bearing was so loose that it was dangerous for me to drive on. "Don't go out of town before it's fixed." They quoted me four hours of a labor to fix one wheel bearing at $140/hour. I hung up on them and tried somewhere else, Love Field Auto in Dallas, at a friend's recommendation. They checked all four tires, twice, and insisted there was nothing wrong at all. Nothing. Was. Wrong. They didn't charge me to even look at my car. Do not go here; this place is just trying to take advantage of people who don't know a lot about cars. Try anywhere else.
