I recently went to this repair shop on 11/02/2024 for an oil change. Unfortunately, they couldn't reset the "oil change due" message on my car and told me I'd need to go to the dealership to have it fixed. It was clear they lacked the technical experience needed for a basic service like this, which was disappointing.
On top of that, the customer service was some of the worst I've experienced. I expected a simple oil change to be a hassle-free process, but this repair shop fell short. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want reliable service and knowledgeable technicians.

Very fast service, the staff were friendly, competent and efficient, the waiting room was clean, they mentioned things my vehicle could use but we're not pushy at all and very welcoming. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Personally, I wouldn't go back. The oil itself is probably fine but the upselling of unneeded items (air filters, which upon inspection were fine, etc) along with "forgetting" to put in the coupon until after the sale, after which it's too late, is three strikes right off the bat. Wish I'd gone ahead and made the appointment at my regular place. Lesson learned.

The only thing I would change is please stop trying to sell me extra things that I can easily pay for at AutoZone such as an auto filter for the cabin, which you want to charge me $59 for and cost me about $10 when I go to AutoZone, please stop doing that

Worst experience. They mentioned they don’t have my records I have been servicing with them for more than 5 years and everytime
They shoot service cost super high. I have been genuine and pretty disappointed with the customer experience

Last minute oil change and state inspection and they got me in and out in less than a hour. Thanks to Miguel for his thoughtfulness and amazing customer service. Orin completed my oil change and Matt made sure my state inspection was done in a timely manner. I appreciate all three gentlemen for taking The time with my vehicle

It’s a shame that I have to give this place a single star because it certainly warrants less. I had a very long detailed review that provided more details of this attempted screwing but it exceeded the character limit so this is the summary version:
Went in for a simple state inspection and was told I needed $600+ of work done (rear brakes and brake fluid flush) to pass inspection. What they didn't realize is that I had personally changed the brakes and the fluid <7500 miles prior. Took it to another Kwik Kar where they passed it with no problem. I asked them about the items that were pointed out at the previous location and they said they were not an issue.
Stay away from this location.
