Richard is the best employee. He is friendly and he is amazing through call. He helped us search for basil around the entire store, and then he saved us two different sizes before we got to the store.

Here at 9:30 AM on a Sunday for Challah bread. Noticed they had it on the app. I couldn't find it so I went for help at the bakery area. There were TONS of boxes, a shopping cart full of what appeared to be expired product, and a filthy working area. I should have left then. I was able to grab the attention of an employee who was focused on her cell phone and leaning against a wall behind the bakery area. She then asked another worker where the bread was. She found it in a box and then had to price it for me. When she handed it to me, there were multiple spots of mold on it. I handed it back to her, showed her the mold and left the store. I'm so grossed out. Such a contrast to stores in other parts of town. AVOID!

I went in today to Get a Flu Shot. I was inline about 10 Minutes when they started shutting the gate and put out signs saying they Brake for Lunch. I got up there and said I need a flu shot. There are 3 (three ) employees just standing around doing nothing! The pharmacist tells the employee I have to go online and make an appointment. I have had shots here numerous times. Never have I been turned away. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I am the only one at the Counter. Pharmacist Subba J. The asset, Pharmacy Manager refused to give a flu Shot. She is lazy and Pathetic. How is she a asset. Manager of anything? I have never had to have an appointment and again, 3 people standing around and I am the only one there. She was more concerned about her lunch which was still 10 minutes away than taking care of her customers.

This is the worst Kroger ever. I normally drive out to Kroger on Custer but had to run errands so decided to come to the Kroger by my home. Always reminds me why I drive further. Cashier talking to the young lady bagging and had to wait until they finished their conversation before entering the transaction on his end. The the bagger started talking to another young lady and just literally tossed my paper towels in the cart so she could hurry and get back to her conversation

I had a great experience this morning. I walked in around 7:30am to pick up a few things I needed. Everyone was extremely friendly said good morning and truly made me feel welcome. The chef making the sushi was so nice! She said if I didn't see a particular sushi combo that I wanted then she would make it for me. You can tell the staff here truly want to be here. Thank you for making my day :)

I shop at this Kroger all of the time and have the items I need in stock, and the food is always of good quality. I recently came here to order a birthday cake for my son. Sadly, I waited until the last minute to order his cake and needed it the next day. He wanted an Oreo cake and I knew they made them here. The woman at the bakery seemed busy, but she was nice. I told her I needed an Oreo cake within 24 hours. She told me she couldn't help me, and it wasn't enough time for her to make it. I told her it was for my son's 10th birthday and he really, really, wanted this cake. She said ok, and took down my order. She told me it would be ready at 3:00pm the next day. As promised, it was ready when my daughter made it there to pick it up at 3:00pm the following day. I don't know her name, but WHEW... she really saved my tail by agreeing to make me the cake. I am extremely grateful to her for her help. My son ended up loving his cake and said it was exactly what he wanted. Next year, I'll make sure to order his cake early. I highly recommend this Kroger, and their awesome bakery.

Every time I come inside it’s a little old lady checking out with one lane open. I don’t even understand how the managers could allow such a selfish act inside their store. Other customers were complaining behind me as well. We ended up going to self checkout with carts full of groceries. Sickening

Bought coleslaw from the deli. Was like water. Tired of years of sometimes they are good but most times the management doesn’t care.

This post is dedicated to how amazing one of the workers, Miss Alberta was! When we initially walked in there was a special sale on La Croix sparkling water, $1.99 for a 12 pack. If you know anything about them that is a fantastic deal. So naturally we grabbed 4 packs to stock up. When we got to checkout, however, we didn't realize you needed a virtual coupon/ Kroger membership to get the discount. My aunt who lives in town has a membership but she was not with so we were kind of stuck. We asked Alberta about it, and she went into the checkout system and manually changed the prices of all 4 of our drink packs to the discount price- like how sweet!! It was just a small thing but little kindnesses like that really do go a long ways. So thank you for being so awesome and patient, Alberta! On top of this, every Kroger I've been to has always been super nice. If I lived in an area with one it'd probably be the grocery store I went to.

This is without question the worst supermarket in Frisco. Apparently Tom Thumb has some sort of futuristic stocking policy which allows them to actually keep the shelves stocked. Kroger CANT even keep items like bread and water in stock. THIS STORE IS DREADFUL!!!!!!!!!!!
